    while reading this thread, i found an interesting sentence

    Sky DE, UK & Italia will give you a different headache. They require a custom channel list because regular satellite channels don`t work.


    i m using OpenPli 8.3 image on my zgemma h11, and after a full scan, i had Sky DE channels (with the correct frequency, i checked in popular sat websites) but still saying sid not found in pat ....


    so i'll try the bouquet you shared in the other thread, to see if it works and makes any difference.

  • enigma2 documentation not found for a better plugin developpment

    i'm new in the Enigma2 universe.

    it allows us to do lot of things as we can create and run our own plugins.


    the only problem i found is that there are no documentation, and the small tutorial ihadtutorial from 2010 is for me very limited.

    i found no website which list all Enigma2 modules, classes, and functions : something like Qt doc for example, which will allow us to take enigma2 in hand easily and so create a useful personal plugins


    as a newbie,

    for example i have no idea which class is responsible on playing videos, and if it has functions like : play, pause, close...

    i'm new in the area


    few minutes ago, i installed kodi lite 9.0 in my OpenPli 8.3 image


    i saw that you uploaded many addons in the related thread but didn't find vstream addon which is for me the best :)


    so i downloaded the vstream repo from its official github repo

    and then inside kodiLite i chose install repo from zip and it was added in the list


    i clicked on vstream, i had an error saying :

    Code
    Missing (Install from KodiLite list)
script.module.pyqrcode
script.module.dnspython

    so i downloaded and uploaded the missing scripts to /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/KodiLite/scripts

    - "script.module.pyqrcode" from kodi.tv

    - "script.module.dnspython" from vstream collaborator repo


    then i retested vstream but this time i received a message saying to contact you with debug files (e.log & error.log) :D


    hope we will be able to add vstream to kodiLite, it ll be amazing :)

    i installed the plugin in my OpenBH 5.3 and it works very well


    but in my OpenPli 8.3, i have one little issue


    - when i run menu=> plugins => ipaudio and then choose an audio channel from the list: everythings work (audio and image)

    - But when i hold click on audio key , it opens ipaudio, i choose an audio channel: the sound works well but no image (become black screen until i click green key to reset audio to original)

  • Chromium openPli

    after looking here and there, i managed to install chromium2 in my OpenPli 8.3 and now i have Netflix, Youtube TV, chromium browser...


    i downloaded "chromium2 for OpenPli" of Novaler receivers (which have same processor as my zgemma h11)


    i tested Youtube TV and it works just like it does in OpenBH

    i dont understand why it doesn't exist in OpenPli feeds so we can simply install it with the plugin list

    i have a zgemma h11, i was running OpenBh image,

    but recently due to some bugs in OpenBh (slow oscam connection, timeshift bugs...) , i decided to migrate to OpenPli which has less bugs and smoother.


    the only inconvenient i found is that, i m not finding a way to install YoutubeTV (not the youtube from taapat) which is usefull to link its smartphone youtube with the receiver Youtube


    i looked the install plugins list in OpenPli, i found an extension named chromium ( and i know that YoutubeTV , Netflix, Dazn, Amazon Prime... in OpenBh are based on chromium2)

    i have a zgemma H11, i installed openbh image release 5.1.012

    i installed chromium2 so i got YoutubeTV which is usefull


    the small problem is that when i run it , i cant edit sound ( i mean i cant volume + or volume - ) which is a bit annoying.

    i tried to find the source code of that project (chromium2) but i didnt find it


    please, if someone know where i can find it so i can report that, or why not trying to add it myself :D


    note: i know there are another plugin for youtube but i prefer YoutubeTv :)

  • Sound not working after channel short freeze

    Hello


    i have a zgemma H11, i installed openbh image release 5.1.012

    then i installed oscam 11.718 and configured my oscam server, it opens my channel with some freezes which is normal


    the problem is that sometimes after a freeze, the sound stops working and i need to change the channel to get it works again


    any idea what can cause the problem... perhaps a parameter in settings to edit to resolve the problem?
