I heard that something like this can be caused by cold solder joints and reballing DDR memory may help. Is it true?

As I wrote above, it is not possible to enter recovery mode. No button combination works. When you press the white button on the back of the case, only the white logo lights up. The LAN network lights do not light up.

I have a problem with my H9S SE decoder. The only sign of life is the glowing white logo on the front of the receiver. After connecting the LAN cable, the LEDs do not blink. I have read a lot of threads about similar symptoms and have not found a solution. I tried to upload different versions of recovery_emmc.zip (openpli, opeatv, openvix, egami, openspa, pureE2). I tried different USB sticks. I did this by unpacking the contents of recovery_emmc into the root of the USB, placing it on the back of the receiver and running it with the reset button. No effects. Finally, I decided to use HiTool and a USB-TTL converter. In the terminal, after starting the receiver, I get such messages:
