ah, I tried the steps above and now it works, I also had to reactivate the card, it was activated as I received confirmation via email from tivusat, but it might be that with all the steps we took it needed to be reactivated. all seems to be working now. just need to find Mediaset channels, Rai channels are OK... argh, I just did a firmware update, despite I backed up and restored all settings now it says 'your tv set or decoder is not compatible with tivusat 4k card' any ideas? cam 1.2 is there as per previous settings, so only firmaware is new but settings the same

Having some issues with Tivusat

Rai channels often don't work, often video works but no audio, sometimes video is frozen from start and no audio.

Here is the set up:

ZGemna H7S box

With CiPlusHelper plugin

Tivusat 4k card (blaack)

This only happens with Rai channels, mainly Rai4k, all other channels are OK

Anyone having similar issues? How to fix?

any idea why the audio on Rai4K often disappears? All other channels are OK but rai4K sometimes has no audio

Try with this plugin instead ~ Ciplushelper Plugin

Insert the card back into the CAM and place the CAM into the Zgemma.

Menu > Setup > Decryption & Parental Control > CI Basic Settings > CI Operation Mode: CI Plus 1.2 mode

In Common Interface Assignment check all CAIDs which are 13 and then restart the Zgemma

followed all the steps above but there is no CAIDs to select from

I think it' s best to return the box and get a box which supports tivusat, this is just too much fiddling :)

do I need to unistall the oscam first or can I leave it?

just to confirm, my tivusat card is an original card, does it needs the config/SoftCam.Key?

config files were all still there, I replaced them just in case but still doens't work

ok put card in top reader

selected oscam from info panel and restarted oscam too but still doesn't work

in the oscam info it shows 'selecte card server = none' shouldn't this show a server name?

installed the ipk (1 packaged install confirmed)

config files sent ok

box restarted

but don't see the plug in at all in the list

do I need to keep the tivusat card in the cam that came with it or do I insertit in the card reader of the box on it's on?

semi novice here :)

I bought a Zgemma h7S and tivusat 4K card (latest model)

Can someone please provide clear step by step guide to make it work?

card has been activated but sat box gives message 'your tv set or decoder is not compatible with the CAM 4K tivusat'

I read a lot of threads with tons of files to install (Oscam, CCAMs) but none with clear step by step guides

I use Filezilla and I can access the sat box file folders, all I need is which cam should I install (please share files) and any config I need to change and how.
