It can remain installed, but deactivate it/stop it from running.

If this is the Black Tivusat 4K card it might not be possible to use oscam.
Try with this plugin instead ~ Ciplushelper Plugin
Insert the card back into the CAM and place the CAM into the Zgemma.
Menu > Setup > Decryption & Parental Control > CI Basic Settings > CI Operation Mode: CI Plus 1.2 mode
In Common Interface Assignment check all CAIDs which are 13 and then restart the Zgemma

followed all the steps above but there is no CAIDs to select from
I think it' s best to return the box and get a box which supports tivusat, this is just too much fiddling :)

Many members in that thread confirm its working with CiPlusHelper plugin on the zgemma H7.
Put 4k black card cam inside the h7s and go to rai1hd. The cam should initialize and work.
Insert the card into the cam with the black side down.
Are you positive the card has been activated? Did you activate it online?

ah, I tried the steps above and now it works, I also had to reactivate the card, it was activated as I received confirmation via email from tivusat, but it might be that with all the steps we took it needed to be reactivated. all seems to be working now. just need to find Mediaset channels, Rai channels are OK... Big Thank you!

any idea why the audio on Rai4K often disappears? All other channels are OK but rai4K sometimes has no audio
Not sure TBH, i`ve never used a Tivusat card or CAM before.
Press the Audio button on the remote and try changing some of the options in.
Or Menu > Setup > Audio - for more settings.

argh, I just did a firmware update, despite I backed up and restored all settings now it says 'your tv set or decoder is not compatible with tivusat 4k card' any ideas? cam 1.2 is there as per previous settings, so only firmaware is new but settings the same
