Zgemma h7 and TivuSat

    semi novice here :)


    I bought a Zgemma h7S and tivusat 4K card (latest model)

    System OE:OE-Alliance 4.4
    Firmware version:OpenATV 6.4.20210621 (2021-06-20)


    Can someone please provide clear step by step guide to make it work?

    card has been activated but sat box gives message 'your tv set or decoder is not compatible with the CAM 4K tivusat'


    I read a lot of threads with tons of files to install (Oscam, CCAMs) but none with clear step by step guides


    I use Filezilla and I can access the sat box file folders, all I need is which cam should I install (please share files) and any config I need to change and how.

    box restarted

    but don't see the plug in at all in the list

    do I need to keep the tivusat card in the cam that came with it or do I insertit in the card reader of the box on it's on?

    Menu > Info Panel > Softcam Setup > Select Softcam > Scroll left or right to select oscam > Green button to activate oscam.

    The oscam config files are configured to read the card in the top card reader slot without the CAM.

    No, Select Softcam is enough.

    Make sure the card is chip side down in the internal card reader.

    Type the zgemma ip address into a web browser > Extras > oscam webinterface.

    Restart oscam > copy the Live log here so we can see what the errors are.

    We need to find another version of oscam that has the CAK7 patch. Let me have a look for it.

    I just noticed its not possible to remove this version from the plugin menu (Green button > Remove Plugins).

    You must remove it in telnet.

    Type the ip address into a web browser > Extras > Terminal > login with the same details you use for FTP access > right click > select "paste from browser" > paste this into the pop up box opkg remove enigma2-softcams-oscam-all-images > select ok the press the enter button.

    If this is the Black Tivusat 4K card it might not be possible to use oscam.

    Try with this plugin instead ~ Ciplushelper Plugin

    Insert the card back into the CAM and place the CAM into the Zgemma.

    Menu > Setup > Decryption & Parental Control > CI Basic Settings > CI Operation Mode: CI Plus 1.2 mode

    In Common Interface Assignment check all CAIDs which are 13 and then restart the Zgemma
