have you extracted the installation package from the archive? or put the zip in the tmp folder?

we go from the blue button to Extensions Management and install emuli, configs and Softcam Manager
restart the GUI and from the blue button go to Softcam and go ahead

the problem is that unfortunately
in '' extensions management '' everything is different and there is nothing related to softcam, I downloaded the dream elite 7.1 on their official website (where by the way they absolutely do not want to talk about oscam and the like) , isn't mine a castrated version that needs some updating?
