    Hi guys

I have three newcamd readers the first reader will clear 0963 all except Irish channels
The second reader is a 0963 reader which will clear all channels
And the third reader is 0960 which will only clear Irish channels (BT RTÉ SS5 ROI etc...)

I currently have reader two set up as a fail back reader (reader timeout set to 1000ms)

The problem is want to send ecms to both readers but only accept reader one regardless even if the reply from reader 2 is faster and only only reader two if no reply is received from reader 1. Load balance is disabled (send to all readers)

I've tried configuring on weight but this doesn't seem to make a difference it always picks the fastest reply.

I would also like for Irish channels to clear off the 0960 reader first but fail over to the second fail back reader in the event of a time out.

I'm using oscam 9620 on openvix

just noticed by hd box has a new field in system details labeled "Receiver ID" it has a nine digit value.
Does this have anything to do with this ?

All recent images seem to have problems clearing any 28.2E channels, even FTA ones.
All get is "NO DATA ON TRANSPONDER" ERROR READING PATH
This is after replacing the satellite.xml file and setting tuners correctly.

Think this is due to the new tuner hardware.

hi i have a amiko alien 2 the problem is i have an nline in the box that works no problems but i have tried 3 other nlines in the box that are working great on my openbox s11 but they won't work the alien 2 only seems to line the nline that i have in it. what would the problem be ?

need more info e2 image or spark if your using mgcamd ill you'll need a different cfg file.

it whud help if we new whot the fix was so we cud have a go and do it are selfe am going tri and get my laptop up so and make a imige up for these boxs

Its knowing its a driver issue think I saw it somewhere as being a simple change of > to < could be wrong though.

a temp solution is to set default pids in the bouqet files the only problem is the PMT PID not being parsed correctly

    maybe look her http://dev.duckbox.info/?section=log&p=1

interesting not sure if its the same tuner problem though ? was this channel list for 28.2E? If you could you possibly send me the files and ill see if it works? possibly the correct PIDS might have set in bouquets on that specific image.

Sorry Osborne82 didn't see that it was your image. Good to see developers interacting with users and asking for feedback.
I have flashed back to sattvhelp 1.0 and will let you know what problems arise. Thanks

Had a few crashes and gsd's when using it didn't take specific details, though I would be willing to give it another try if i taught there was active and progressive development still on going with this image and that we had somewhere to report bugs and issues and knew that developers actually see these reports and take action.

Maybe the use of Google code would be useful to track bugs and publish latest images.

This is certainly the way to go if we hope to have a decent image for the alien 2.

So ive tried all images with the 28.2e hd fix but none of them are stable enough for proper use.
Im now using the pkt nebula image which is very stable but still takes 30 - 40 seconds to clear Hd channels.

So i have looked for a temporary soloution and may be on to something here are the stream details of a channel before and after they are cleared

As you can see some pids are incorrectly set initially but at once set the channel clears perfectly.

Now i am looking for a way to set the correct pids automatically or get the box to load specified pids, maybe this can be done in a bouquet editor ?

looking for some help on this side?

this sort of fix could also be applied to A HDMU image.
