How to change password using Telnet with FTP prog DCC oder Filezilla.
open FTP Prog
enter your correct IP, or click on the magnifying glass
then on search, double click on the correct IP address and 2x ok, ready.
Now klick on Telnet:
user name: root (press enter)
write: passwd (press enter)
write the password you want (press enter) the entered password is not visible
write your new password again (press enter) the entered password is not visible
It should look something like this. It depends on what software and box you are using.

Factory setting/reset:
Would you like to return the remote control to its delivery state?
Hold down the two number buttons "1" and "6" for 3-4 seconds until the control LED lights up.
As soon as you have entered the code sequence "9" "9" "6" using the number buttons, the remote control will be reset to the factory settings.
Now you can make the desired settings again.

Adapt the remote control to your existing Vu+ receiver.
To do this, proceed as follows:
Hold down the two number buttons "2" and "7" for approx. 3-4 seconds until the LED lights up to check.
Now press the “HELP” button. Depending on the receiver model, you can now enter the four-digit code number.
Once completed, you can test the remote control on your receiver.

maybe you put it onto tv mode, try pressing and holding stb button then ok button

Sorry ich helfe gerne, aber langsam kenne ich mich nicht mehr aus, was er eigentlich von uns möchte, daher bin ich hier raus.

Is this ORIGINAL or CLONE Box?
Do you have a hard drive connected, if so open box disconnected hard drive unplug everything put new image on a usb key,
plug it in the back usb port plug in the power cable only. switch on power box will now update from the usb drive.

To access the boot menu if your box is bricked and doesn't boot up to an image, you have to press and hold the red standby button on the remote control .
Then switch the box on from the white toggle, switch at the rear of the zgemma H9S SE whilst keeping the red standby button on the remote pressed.
After a short while the boot menu will load.
