  • PC as a DVB receiver?

    Hi all,


    I'm interested in using a linux PC as a DVB receiver. I had assumed that getting this to work would be as simple as installing any one of the linux distros out there on a machine with a dvb card, making sure the kernal was built with whatever bits were needed, and then installing some other application on top of it!


    On a scale of one to lots, how far off was I?


    Any info or pointers would be appreciated?
