Ich fände das gut. Weniger aufwand und immer aktuelle Senderlogos.

Premiumversion wäre mit Konfigurationsmöglichkeit "Alte TPL" / "Neue PNG"

I have ncam running on my backup server at home with Debian 13.1 installed:

NCam is increasing memory consumption over time (5GB after 24 Days). See: https://github.com/fairbird/NCam/issues/41

Or meassured with psrecord (1 hour and 40 mins):

As you can see the increase is constant.

Anyone can confirm this?

Is anyone able to investigate the cause?

The picons.git offers releases that are redy to use. Download and extrakt:

I only have a VDR and made Skripts to load logos frop picon.cz, mediaportal-logos or the picons.git.

It should be possible to atomatic download picon packs. I think making a git project would be the best way. Also is easier for people to contribute. One example is

picons/picons: High quality tv & radio logos for your channels, also known as picons.

Last update of picons was on 13.11.2024. I wonder when updates are coming. After almost four months some icons are outdated

I noticed that memory usage gets high after a few days.

I build ncam from source and have it running 24/7 on my Debian server

What can be the cause?

Picons can not be loaded. Website says:

Downloads are temporarily paused.

Any idea what happened?

Leider nein. Zu viele offene Fragen.

dvbapi für den VDR scheint fertig zu sein. Reicht das schon? Wie wird das konfiguriert?

Ist denn schon jemanden bekannt, ob sich in Sachen ICam beim VDR was tut?

Was müsste da angepasst werden? OsCam oder das DVBAPI-Plugin?
