thanks as always for the support, now when I turn on the decoder I do not take the network settings and It goes in crash.

I'm reading a lot about how to flash the decoder but honestly I'm a bit confused because for example I downloaded the latest version of Openpli but I can not find the file in the folder H9 called No Force useful to force the reading of the firmware.

The monobloc is pointed correctly because tried on a vusolo, I also tried to change the ports in the tuner configuration but nothing happened.

sorry mate but I don't understand what do you say .... so i downloaded a new file satellites.xml and installated via ftp but the result it's the same:-(((

When I turn on the decoder I get this message" satellites.xml not found or damaged.you can see the TV but you can not search for new channels or configure tuners"

My configuration as i said before is port A for hotbird ((band Ku) and port B for astra (band ku).

Sorry for my forgetfulness, I use port A for hotbird and the other for astra.

hi, I purchased a zgemmah9.2h and having a dualfeed system I set the tuner as diiseqc A/B but I don't receive any signal. The dish is perfectly positioned as I checked with a tester. What could be wrong??? -
