How do you ftp to this to the box??

haha pretty much, range is shocking on the router I have tho.

Via small box on the chimney which runs a cable directly to router.

Im in Ireland mate.

Just wondering as I have a cheapish one at the moment, and it only ever gives the odd freeze.

Would a better one cut this out and can anyone recommend one if so?

I'd go for a VU duo if I was you, no need for a quad I'd imagine? Unless you watch a lot of tv.

The beauty of the duo is there's a lot of information on here about them and a great box in general :)

For some reason unknow to me the addons in those pics aren't available in mine?

I am able to connect with the box using ftp, image is gemini project but only has common interface installed.

How do I get the option from blue button to activate cccam, when I press left or right it only has common interface?

these are class gmx, do you just ftp whatever image you want into usr/share? one image at a time?

Gmx thanks for that had it going earlier for a mess around, works great. Only thing is when I send to box it says error reboot box manually yet it sent and everything works fine?

yes IP is correct and have entered User: root , Pass: dreambox but no access, thats why I am wondering could previous owner have change the password from dreambox?
