I had this with the bad set of catseyes on my solo 2 loaded the fixed set and had to do hard rest to make it work

I use dreamset to do my channel lists on a vu+ find it the easiest to use

This cant be easy for any parent will be donating

Showing on my list not able to test though as i start to clip my wall at 15w but its not greyed out there was a second set of settings that date as the first had issues

Sorry about that like i said i cant test / menu system /auto language selection/prefer graphical subtitles make it no im sure that will fix you

i think the way you will need to do that is use dreamset on yor pc and read your list from the box edit and write it back to the box and reboot or just download settings you use instead of the full set , or delete them with the remote control press up arrow then blue to get the list up the press menu and remove entry and select what you want to remove

top left under tv power button one of the 2 mine takes screen shots now so cant test it out, and thanks m8 great to win the box but now ive a dish to rewire lol

if you dont subscribe for the channels why are you asking

if you have a whitelist try without it and make sure your channel list is up to date

if you want you can also back up your settings with dcc in the vu+ toolbox over the network to your pcs hard drive

you can backup to a usb drive you should be ok with just the settings rather than a full backup but both would be a good idea if your getting close to the finish line

once you have the positions sorted dont worry about scanning and making favorites just use catseye settings its all done for you

First you started with a telesat card then you found clines now your looking for telesat clines when you have a telesat card , something doesnt add up here :Linuxsat frog:

with your positioner i assume you can just position with that only , so if thats the case for now setup tuner a same diseqc abcd to 4 sats you want to use and tuner b diseqc abcd another 4 sats you want to use assuming yo have a twin lnb send diseqc no on both so now you box should think it is able to access 8 satellites and position with the v box to the satellite wont this work for now , just an idea i have no experience with a vbox but the solo 2 needs to think it can do it to not grey out the channels , if you can position with the vbox alone this should work for 8 sats anyway , someone else might have a better plan but :confuse:
