card has been in the original reciever for 2 day's i'll wait til tomorrow and check it.

Well for me most important there is oscam for android and openelec, normal one with full functioning all parts, and neat feature of tvheadend is sly epg grabber and freesat/freeview epg grabber with series link feature
I need to have new found patience tomorrow and get mine going im a big e2 enthusiast ,but love android and thats going to be my choice of os and it will keep the kids busy I hope

Youll be in a position to confirm this Sunday m8 albeit its correct , has your start date on your card changed from 1970 ?if so ill be surprised if the card stops after the passing of the 7th youll see the actual time it will expire in cardok via oscam , itll only either update last gasp or stay working ,This is from a very reliable source that i have never got bad information from in the past and he hasnt confirmed it but said hes almost !00 % and is also waiting for cards to go past expiry untill it does dont think anyone will be able to 100% confirm this yours so far has the earliest date im aware of

Hahaha I went to go see whats going on with boxoffice entitlements not showing and start dates changing , there has been a bit of confusion with the reader settings , if you are using new oscam you need to select in reader settings ,,,, NDS read tiers 2 by ins 76 (old)

Ive looked at my logs over the last few months and i dont see any emm sent between 1pm and 2 pm if thats any help , but you cant check in an original *** box , if you just take a card out the reader and put one in to see it only takes seconds you dont need to restart oscam

I dont think we will be seeing date changes anymore some how even if you hire a boxoffice movie you clear the channel but dont see the extra entitlement anymore so dont panic about dates I think after the 7th youll see nothing but still clear , i might be wrong with this though but have a feeling i was given the right info

I got fed up with waiting and did an online chat with an operator. Next morning it was all up & running again. My guess is mine will run out again next month which will mean getting on to chat again.
Best fix whats wrong you cant keep calling them your just going to be drawing attention to your self , the cards will update this is just going to be part 2 of the saga with them there was a issue in the past with cards not updating , the pattern to them getting updates has changed from what it was, if you log the emm and note what ones accentually updated the card or have been logging you will see this

There is a good chance we wont see dates soon you might find when your dates expire the card will continue to work with no entitlements visible in oscam etc ,if my source is correct

Unfortunately itll need some patience ,it should update before it runs out though failing that youll need to reactivate it just sit tight and wait

Just because the card is in the original dont expect it to update it will still only update when its sent out this could be days it only luck if you get it on the same night you try

create a second dns and keep the old one running , give him the new dns and a new username tell him not to use the old one and to connect with all new details and see if there is still connection attempts on his old details , just see if the same thing happens , once you give him the new datails

Let this be a lesson to other clowns selling on ebay and selling in the pub , you are not immune to being caught once you sell you are in the public domain ,LOL at computer expert he didnt even have the brains to use a VPS even as a payserver , looking forward to more being caught soon :)

you should also notice your card start date is not 1970 anymore

Try bridge the legs of the thermo transistor near the tuner , it looks like a pill with 2 legs on it it might work just twist it till the legs make contact with each other , chances are its a bucket job but worth trying i saved a few out of plenty this way

Thanks for reply's !! I had the problem before I flashed a new image and I have a dm800 . When I first got the problem I got in touch with the cline supplier , they said all was well their end and I took his word , thats when I started trying different ways to get my line working again . Turned out when I asked them again (after a few days of pulling hair out ) he gave me a reconfigured line and hey presto back working ! wasted a lot of time thanks to laziness on their behalf !!
Read the rules m8 , you must totally disregard them as this has already been mentioned , if you deal with 5hit bags youll become one
