A test line from a payserver isnt a good gauge to be honest , yes there is a lot to get your head round fully agree with you everyone here had a learning curve and as things change you need to keep learning , its both a hobby and an education

Try running oscam alone you will see better results

Cant support this question here as it appears you are using payservers ,but look at the versions of cccam in use along with the image the box is running

So you have tried all above options and tried a different reader and still the problem persists at the moment ?

thats what was happing stevejo, i was getting low ecms when i was only connected to him(other readers stopped) then when i re connected the other readers i wasnt connecting to him anymore and was connecting to a slower reader, anyway thanks for eveyones help but ive gave him the "spanish archer" el bow
The trouble wasnt with him then ,its only setup needing looked into

make sure the hostname is not C: dns port just dns only

you can ping the dns to see if it resolves to the same ip address

Have you looked at the log when other readers are on the go to make sure its him you are getting the high ecm from ,because if its low when you have only him it points to the fact you may not be getting from the same source when others are connected

Try 50ms i am using no delay at all but if it improves your situation by an increase try it

I have 3 setups as explained and 2 feeding the main one and main is set to prefer cachex over local cards with no delay , it makes no odd if i pull from the card or cache ,i have a box watching from the final server so im seeing what everyone else gets and its fine so far , good service files for the readers a must

Whats your setup hardware wise -
A clean image is a ****** image from source a backup is one setup by other users and has plugins cams etc

I no with alien2 box, oscam works best, try instslling oscam and if works
dreamuserI think hes got a solo 2

There was a change to the kernel that caused an issue so now 230 is best used apparently so older versions will still work with other cccam versions

Vix is good enough and has everything you need you cant turn a ford into a ferarri you will need to pay more to get more , dont see how you can be torn between two totally different boxes a medialink and octagon maybe but media like and dreambox youll need.to consult your wallet

you do not need a satellite feed to the server , client boxes can be set to update cards , you will be able to copy and paste readers and users into the pc server , then just restart oscam

You get help here just not spoon feeding for common sense questions ,with questions like having a dreambox server and will i need to put my clines and flines in a new pc server ,dont think clines and flines are fitted with autodetect new server function
