Your bracket should be set up using a spirit level so its perfect or the dish wont track right ,make sure the positioner is set up correctly ,what size is the dish , what area are you in and what else are you trying to get and what sort of levels of signal are you getting on the ones you do get , in the forum somewhere youll find a list of strongest transponder for various satellites this may help you find them better

You really could have saved yourself ~£100 and gone for something like the Medialink IXUSS Zero.
The Solo SE is not great for the money really.

I found vix to be the image i like best but i would not recommend the vix hd image plugins like oscam and cccam info dont size well and when you play media the play button doesnt come off the screen its still in its infancy , other than that the normal version is great never had any crashes unless i made them happen

Make sure your positioner setup is correct ive got mine on tuner A then you need to make tuner B 28e and it should work , in setup prefered tuner is normally ok set to auto but try preferred tuner B if nothing happens but the tuner needs to know there is a positioner
