I hope you are right Stevejo, my entitlements are expiring on the 13-05-2014 and they are not updating, what will happen if they expire and i dont get an update?

What brands of memory stick work on a solo 2
intenso rainbow ive always used for boxes and never had an issue with any box
I bought the box from world of satellite. Is there anyway I could tell if it's a clone
it wont be a clone if you got it there , try a different memory stick and make sure your folder structure is right you first folder will be vuplus in that solo2 and so on it cant be on the stick zipped still front usb will do the trick when prompted press the power button
I'm relatively new to this so please bear with me. I'm using a blackhole image Which has been working well until I tried to install the vps plugin, when the box rebooted it came up with a green screen with error messages and rebooted its self. Now it just keeps repeating this cycle.
I then divided to install the latest image I could find 2.0.9.1. The problem I have now is that when I put the USB in to the box and switch it on ot just repeats the green screen-reboot cycle.
Ill take a guess but im sure you have a clone not an original box ,there was never solo 2 issues till clones hit the market .Where did you buy it

Still have all tiers showing in Oscam on my card as well nothing changed there while these channels have black screened.
I would not worry about that right now they will update

The official boxes are apparently showing your box has been updated after each time channels have been lost
Boxes have been sent another update this will be to do with the recent changes again , not sure how someone will still have them working unless its still rolling out

HD being cracked, surely if this was the case linuxsat would be one of the first to know! Hope it's true but I doubt it.
What makes you think linuxsat will be the first to know about it , there is very little chance any information would pass this way as the site is far too public and free with information I dont think anyone who has a solution is going to blast it out over the internet before the sly engineers have completed their work that would just be a silly move ebay sellers would shut it down for everyone before it got going ,it would be fair comment to not expect a solution to be made public for a while and even the share of said solved ecm to hit open servers or they would stick out like sore thumbs, this would defenitly go underground lessons have been learnt i dont think history will repeat its self
well i grew up with 4-5 channels of sd so im sure i can live with it again lol

why would you think sd would go by end of week when none of the sd channels have gone off yet?

U would think that box manufacturers and retailers must have more information than us ie u would think they have something in pipe line or its not good for them as it must be a big UK market that gone over night
100% someone will know exactly whats going on but when you have built up a retirement fund or have made your money you are less than likely going to want to loose it to the proceeds of crime act by getting over greedy when there is still a market out there at present
