you only need to go into softcam manager and stop oscam and cccam and remove auto start up incase it tries to start ftp the oscam over they are already 755 havent seen one thats not and enable autostart on both cams again and strt them , thats you done ,Teamviewer would be helpful if you are unsure

Only thing I can see is one reader is named in capitals and other is lowercase.

youll need to post full configs something is going on updating oscam should be a simple process last you said you went back to 6059 and was all ok ,but its not.
something has to be way off

CCcam will only allow single login i dont think you can allow double at all , are you sure the person has not got the same line twice in the .cfg , seems strange single tuner will try connect twice , try replacing the cline and fline altogether there was a bug with f5 boxes running cccam 2.14 with multiple logins ,worst case give 2 lines and see or try oscam as a server

press your up arrow highlight a channel you want it to start on , press menu and set it as startup service, i would not shedule a scan every day though you can just do it when you se stuff missing up to you though i only have cross epg run at 4 am every day

try ac3 filter if you google that you may be missing ac3 codec on the pc

Either way I think youll end up at the dish at some point to align it and try an inline amplifier , the bigger the dish the more accurate you need to be with alignment.

Has it ever been right since it was put in there was changes to the beam but im sure that was about 2 months ago , 60 m is a long cable but Not too long If there are no tight bends or kinks in it , if it never been right it may be worth trying an inline amplifier but it would be best at the lnb end of the cable because if its at the box side it will also amplify the noise also and defeat the point of trying it

Its worth a try flashing it but ive a feeling its doing that because its trying to start on a channel that isnt there anymore , have you tried setting a channel as the startup service , one that you know works and see if it stops dong this ? just an idea , as it could be trying to start on one thats off the air at that time in the morning

cant see how an image will cause issues as long as your channel list is up to date , your lines clear ,and you have installed the right cam for the image , have you set your positioner up etc everything correct you could show signal but wrong satellite , cant be the image you are the first ive seen putting clearing channels down to an image
