I try a lot of variations of settings but i've the impression that the proble is on the cccam of the client.
When the oscam give the ECM to cccam what kind of work is still to do ?

It seems that the card and the oscam reply correctly but for some reason the screen on my tv is black :-(

The problem may be the high ECM ?
because the ecm are high i don't know!

Is normal, S*Y have changed the channel coding hd!
Only solution is to have a 0919 card! with that now works but have high ecm!
For now oscam fails to encode the HD channels!!!
Nothing to do with new codec, the problem is a kind of marriage between card and box. They asks you card number and box number to reactivate the normal vision on locked channels.
So in theory in the future we should add the parameters card number and box number in oscam conf?

S.k.y it is transmitting with the new codec H.265 some channels, like national geo hd cinema 1 hd sport 3 hd ecc.
Is there any solution to see them?
The problem is that oscam don't encode, or codec to install on dreambox?
I think it's a problem of codec...

To troubleshoot, disable the ecmwhitelist, the ecmheaderwhitelist and services line (placing a hash infront of them) then reboot server, return to the config file after rebooting to ensure that this has saved. If it is not working still, it could be an entitlement issue, or maybe do a rescan to see if there is an updated version of this channel that works.
I corrected the error, the problem was the file oscam.services, I've turned off by oscam.user and now work.
