I just came back from a business trip after 6 months. I turned on my GTmedia v8uhd running on Mars and a sub which lasts until March 2026. S*y UK on Astra 2, S*y DE, Da*n on Astra 1 and A*N on Eutelsat 09 degrees no longer work while O*F Austria, HD+ DE, some French and Spanish channels on Astra 1 are still working. Does anybody know the reason. Have they gone dark for everyone or is there a fix?

I have the Mars firmware from Febuary 2025.

I am using the Mars software from February 2025 for my Gtmedia V9 Prime. For 3 days, it all worked fine. suddenly, the expiry date switches back and forth between March 2026 and 00,2008 in the CS Protocol. I deleted the Line, swithched the receiver off. I turned it back on and imported my CCcam file from the USB onto the receiver but the problem remains the same...

I am having issues with my Mars Line. The channels do not get green. HD+, ORF, the Spanish and French channels remain dark. (in the past it happened before, but after a short while, they all came back on. Now, it's been more than 3 hours. I did everything I could. I switched the power off and on to fully reboot the Gtmedia V9 Prime. Then I checked the CS protocol. It says for 50 seconds that I am connected to the server, expiry date in 2026. But then, for a few seconds, it says 00,2008 as expiry date.... it all goes back and forth like that all the time. I deleted the Mars Line and imported the CCcam.cfg file onto the receiver again but the problems remains. Have you ever experienced such a problem? Any suggestions? Your help is greatly appreciated as I am a Newby having used my Mars Line for 3 days only. By the way, my server is newmediago.*** Thanks

Astra 19.2, 23.5, Eutelsat 13 East, Gtmedia V9 Prime Mars

I read that the Gtmedia V8 uhd box opens Sk* De, UK and IT with Mars OS and a Mars Line. Is that correct? I can confirm: It does not work with a Gtmedia V9 prime with Mars OS and Cccam line. Only HD+, ORF, French channels and Spanish channels work. That runs very smoothly, though. All info for educational purposes only.

Uups, I forgot to mention: ORF works too. I tested on Astra 19.2

I just tried Mars on Gtmedia V9 Prime with Mars OS and can confirm that HD+ works as well as Movies*ar from Spain and C*nal+ from France. It all runs very smoothly. Unfortunately, Sk* Germany does not work.

Many sellers of Mars cod*s tell me they do not provide free testing. That makes me thinking that the quality must be shitty... What are your experiences?

I enter Lines manually on my GTmedia V9 prime. I tested eg##olds and many other server providers. Austria's ORF and HD+ always work, some adult channels too but Sk* Germany doesn't. Only Heimatkanal works. Any ideas? Your help is greatly appreciated.
