The new OpenATV 7.6 is based on OpenEmbedded OE5.2 (Walnascar) and brings several important changes.

Key Changes in OpenATV 7.6:

• First OpenATV image with Python 3.13 and OpenSSL 3.4.0.
• Attention: All closed IPK packages delivered only as PYC/SO files are no longer compatible.

You can try the version from post 22 but the author no longer supports python 2.
