if you try to share between oscam and cccam in home then:
in cccam put in f line
    F: test1 test1 0 0 0 ........
    and in oscam
    reader:C: 192.168.1.9,19566
    user: test1
    password:test1
as cccam reader in oscam server
if you send line from oscam to cccam (home) then in oscam user put
    user:card1
    password:card1
    caid
    . . .
    .
    .
    and in oscam cfg
    15500@your cardident:caid
    key:01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14

and home share works,no port forwarding needed
that settings are like your in first post

did it works with serial phoenix connected through usb/serial adapter ?because i have similar problem after reboot, simple no recognize card

have ubuntu 12.04 32b oscam+cccam server, and problem is that cccam no work good. I see my client in cccam but no see servers, only local server, between cccam and oscam, oscam works ok.

i don`t know some user just keep clear au - missed. my suggestion is to put au for ***uk on, then you haven`t worry for update.i have i***** card and similar situation like you (pc-box)and i have au on always, but this is no nds card, so i don`t know exactly

if i understand you have pc oscam server and box for yourself (client), then in oscam user (pc) put just au = 1 for card which one need to be updated, but i thing ,you must have also oscam in your box, switch one channel from ***uk and you will see in web browser in readers section how are your card is up dated.

it means that od70 and older card got only basic cs/sk chanel ? i have information that theolder criptoworks card (0d0f,0d03 ,0d70) will no longer valid, only 0d96 and newer( cw i*****). is that correct?

    Try this.

nothing i deleted this line it`s fake

The des key is changed for security, it should never be left at the default, you must use whatever des key the server uses or it will not allow your line to connect

i use that key but nothing still same = unknown

As said you are probably entering the line incorrectly
My 1st point was that some nagra 3 caids may not work properly this way...

cardserver > n line to oscam > client

it`s not nagra card it`s bu.cript works only in mgcamd and oscam
my question why that key, not standard 01 02 03 04....14

Assume you are entering the line in oscam.server? if so how are you entering it?

    is not my 1st nline
