Was a bit of a pain to get the hard drive initialized too, as it kept saying it was working but then after a restart it could not be found!

And havent had a problem since! Installed cross epg monday and loving the image!!

F: user pass 2 0 0 { 0:0:2, 0963:0:0 } { } { } peers dns

F: user pass 2 0 0 { 0:0:2, 0963:0:0 } This blocks him getting sly...

{ } { } peers dns - This is locking the line to there dns so it cannot be used if there cfg is hacked and clines stolen! it is good practise to lock all Flines to your peers dns!

Vu+ Duo i'd say sounds what you are looking for :)

Xtrend ET9000HD would also do what you need!...

As for burning to Dvd's I would say ftp what you have on your hard drive to your laptop..

And burn them to dvd's from there...

Yup keep an eye on 2.0.11 users..

Use common sense, look at there local card/cards..

And watch their usage level...

Just keep an eye anything sus it ain't worth it like...

If its like a phoenix card reader you might have to pull the card out a tiny bit to get it to show in entitlements!

Sounds like you could have a simple problem there..

Try these few things and let me know how it goes!.....

In dreamboxedit, go to -> options

You'll see 4 different tabs on the bottom:

Satellite Reciever..... Cable Reciever....... Version 3 Settings..... New Enigma 2 settings..

Make sure its the first "Satellite Reciever" tab you have pressed as the paths have to be for an E1 Reciever like a 500s:

/var/tuxbox/config/enigma/

/var/tuxbox/config/enigma/

/var/etc/

Also while your in settings press "Test Username/Password" that will test all communication with the box is ok!

One last thing to do..

When you Send the Bouquet to the Reciever, make sure you "Reload settings on Dreambox"...

That might take a min or two, then switch on and off the Receiver and the new bouquet should be there!

Log into your receiver in DCC...

Go to the Telnet Tab..

Make sure the cursor is on the black screen...

Type the following:

"passwd" and press Enter..

Now you will see enter new password.... Enter a new password (You won't see it being Typed!)... Now press enter!

It will ask you to re-enter the same password again!...

Type it in and press enter (again you won't see the password being typed)

You should now see password change success...

I'm not sure but i think things have changed since Master G made that back up...

Although I don't think what I'm about to say would have any bother for your card as it sounds like it recieves the monthly updates via your technomate!

Most use Mgcamd and Oscam for monthly updates now...

And cccam and oscam for the time in between...

If you had a line from a friend say that opened sly in the living room, you could make f-lines and internal share to the other boxes down the room then and they would open sly...

Well you could put a quad lnb on your motor..

Have one feed going through the motor to the main dreambox in the living room...

Run a few feeds from the quad to the bed room boxes and you will get 28 east if you have the motor on 28 east then...

Internal share to the bedroom dreamboxes and you will open the channels then!

If you wanted to watch something on another sat in the living room and a freesat/*** channel down the room then you'd have a conflict and you'd need an extra dish pointed towards 28 east!
