1. Create a text file and call it constantcw
2. Copy the line of coding for PLTV to it (all of the below starting with 2600 until the close of the brackets)
3. Place the file in usr/keys
4. Add a . into the file name to change it to constant.cw (this changed the file type to CW)
5. Right click on the file, then left click on 'File permissions...' change file permissions to 644
6. Restart cccam 2.2.1 (press blue button), then OK on remote.

hi m8 if i was going to set up to recive a weeker satallite i would get my self a new high gain low noise lnb ( inverto black ) is realy good when changing my one i noticed a massive diffrence is reception

Hi rockett 1001 i had the same problem as you when setting up i could get all sats just not 39e in the end i noticed there was a few millimeters diffrence between the thin line on the motor arm and the arrow on top of the arm i recenterd the dish to the arrow and not the thin line a problem sorted always start on 0.8 west bbc word news get the maximum signal there and all should be fine bud make sure your lat and long are correctly set in the reciver good luck m8

I think you may have to ask sly to update the second card to HD and I think there maybe a fee

hi guys im sur iv seen this talked about before but my dad has a box in france and i want to be able to update his confiq back here in the uk what ports do i need to open on his router ? 80 or 16001 can this be done also from home here inside my own home if i want to use dcc as we all know u enter the ip of your box and it works but externaly do i put his ip ? what would i type in that box here it would just be 192.168.0.14

delete whole folder or all folders within its contence or just the one that says epg db?

hi there im using on a spair reciver one of the pre built images that was posted by ten on here it said that it had epg in it but when i try to scan it wont let me do it as it says theres not enough memory what folder in the box save it to ? should i have it to its a dm500s

hi guys just a quick one if i leave my dm800hd on any channel overnight or maybe after 2 days the reciver displays on the front dvb service? i thought at first it was my daughter getting hold of the remote but i hid it so i know its not her lol so it does it on its own its not a big prob as i just pick a channel and it works fine just dont know why it does it?

has anyone got any firmware for this reciver that wont kill it? pls

make sure if your trying to upgrade that when you add the image file or channel file to the pen drive that you add the file only dont put it on the pen drive in a folder as when it come to upgrading the box cant see the file
