OK thanks. The same freeview channels are showing under Satellites > Terrestrial Services OR Terrestrial Providers OR Terrestrial New. Also Provider > Unknown. The channels display fine however the programme names are gibberish. Do I need to download EPG data? How do I do that?

Under Tuner Configuration > Terrestrial Provider, I changed it to "Europe, Middle East, Africa: DVB-T Frequencies"

I've got a Sundtek MediaTV Digital Home USB Tuner Cable / Terrestrial HD (DVB-C/T/T2). I want to use it to watch Freeview channels. I've installed the Sundtek Control Centre Plugin & Driver and the Freeview tuner shows as a tuner under Tuner Configuration.

What do I do now. I'm familiar with Freesat but I've no idea what I'm supposed to do next to get the latest freeview channels downloaded and updated daily?

Could someone please clarify this because there's no point in me looking for a tuner if it won't work: Am I able to record some channels on Freesat and another on Freeview on the same box? How does the box know what tuner to use (Freesat or Freeview?) when adding a recording?

Can anyone please recommend a tuner that works without issues that can still be bought new?

Hi, I'm urgently trying to get MotorsTV on Freeview which is a new channel.

I've already got 2 twin DVB-S2 tuners installed for freesat. I'd like to also add a USB DVB-T or DVB-T2 tuner.

Are USB tuners as reliable as normal tuners? Any reason not to get a USB tuner?

Am I able to record some channels on Freesat and another on Freeview on the same box? How does the box know what tuner to use (Freesat or Freeview?)

Or should I just get a cheap 2nd box just for recording Freeview? Any suggestions?

Is there any reason why I shouldn't get a USB DVB-T2 tuner? Do they work the same as the normal tuners?

I've got 2 DVB-S2 Twin Tuners installed. I'm recording Freesat OK but was wondering how I go about recording Freeview as I don't know anything about Freeview? Can anyone please help?

I installed "AutoBouquets E2 by LraiZer 21.08.2014" via the LinuxSatSupport Addon. Was wondering if I still need to do the following:

Replace existing script located here: /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/AutoBouquets/autobouquets_e2.sh
with the autobouquets_e2.sh file in the "AB Lrazier script 2013_12_06" folder from the below link.

I've set my region as London HD so I get ITV HD at channel 178. However I'd also like to watch STV HD however I've looked on the Sly guide website and that is also channel 178. So how can I add STV HD to autobouquets?

I can't see STV in the autobouquets but I found it under the BSlyB Provider, I just don't know how to add it to autobouquets.

Is there different regional versions of ITV HD in HD? If so, please let me know.

I record Coronation Street and about once a month an episode is missing a few video frames. No idea why that happens when the channel is unencrypted so reception problems can't happen. Anyway I was wondering if I recorded the same programme on a different ITV HD channel then if I got dropped frames on 1 channel then would the exact same dropped frames happen in the other channel?

Ok thanks. What I don't understand is that I'm looking at Channel 4 just now. I press the OK button when watching the channel to bring up the channel info and it says the channel number is 230. Yet Sly Living shows where it should be in Autobouquets and you say Sly Living is 230?

Anyway I changed the channel 4 number to 230 in autobouquets and it's showing Channel 4 now in the correct place but when I press the OK button when watching the channel to bring up the channel info and it says the channel number is still 230? I don't understand how that's possible?

I've set Channel 4 HD to appear at the top of the Entertainment bouquet however Sly Living is in it's place. I've zapped to Channel 4 HD and the channel number is correct.

I've set Sly Sports 4 HD to appear at 2nd top of the Entertainment bouquet however Sly Sports News HQ is in it's place. I've zapped to Sly Sports 4 HD and the channel number is correct.

Also Sly Sports 5 HD is appearing at the bottom of the top page of the Entertainment bouquet instead of the position where I placed it. I zapped to the channel and it doesn't appear to have a channel number.

OK I checked the CSV file. There's several channels such as BBC RB 1, Sports Active, Anytime, etc that all have a channel number (position) of 65535. So how can I re-order the RB 1 channel to be in the top of the Entertainment bouquet for example?

I checked the other bouquet but RB 1 isn't there.

I've just found out that the BBC red button interactive now have their own channels such as these:

BBC RB1 and BBC RB HD

On the official Sly box they're on channel 980 and 981. However I enter those channels on my VU+ box and it takes me to a music station. I then found the RB channels under the BSlyB channel list. I zapped to RB1 however when on that channel I pressed the OK button to show the channel info and it has no channel number so how can I re-order it with Autobouquets?

Also where are the channels? Are they under "Interactive" as I couldn't see them.

I was wondering how you can capture the Sly Sports backhaul feed? For example WWE Raw. I've noticed some torrents have episodes of Raw that contain un-aired footage and audio and they don't have the channel logo on the picture.

Do you still need a Sly subscription card in my VU+ box to capture backhaul feeds like that?

Was wondering, I'm using my Sly subscription card and I subscribe to the premium channels. When Sly have disabled all the premium channnels will all the freesat channels still work or do I need to unsubscribe from Sly for freesat channels to continue to work?

Was wondering why are you guys thinking that the SD will work on SD only boxes but not the SD channels on the Thompson HD boxes? Both boxes can't be upgraded so why would the non-Thompson SD work but the SD on the Thompson wouldn't?
