I have Virgin SuperHub and need a better wireless signal for mobile phone and my laptop upstairs have been looking at some wireless extenders and boosters just wondered if any other forum members have used an extender or booster with there hub and was it worth getting and what would they recommend before i get one, I was looking at this one to buy ( TP-Link TL-WA850RE 300Mbps Universal Wall Plug Range Extender ) ??

I have been having problem with crossepg also , I have vu duo with bh 2.0.1 and crossepg not working at all on 28.2 or 13 east italian channels, i have had on update at 5.00am every morning but it gets stuck on parsing and i have to reboot stb from rear but crossepg was still working now it doesnt work at all any advice would be most grateful ??
I have un-ticked all the rytec and choose the other xml downloader instead now it works but still freezes in morning on parsing ???
I am still using bh 2.0.1 and have tried using crossepg, but it just gets stuck saying parsing and i have to physically turn off at rear of stb as anything remote does not work ??? had it set to update at 4.00am hence why i was finding it in morning stuck on (parsing) :angry:
i tried catseye channel list on vuduo+ the other day from linuxsat addons but wouldnt work have message come up with check tuner configuration any advice or help guys ?

Display Moreoff topic ish) i know but as this is about auto shutdown etc i thought i'd chip in. In ViX ( yes i know here he goes again about that flaming ViX image when the thread is about BH, but bear with me ).
In ViX you have a feature called power timers, this plugin was specifically rewritten by andy to provide such a function and much much more, you can set timers from here for auto shutdown, reboot, power up at any time.
For example you want the receiver to go into deepstandby but want it to wake again for the EPG ang again go back into deepstandyby afterwards then awake for breakfast every day,
you set the power timers to go into deepstandby at say 01:11, then wake at 04:00 for the EPG to download at 04:15 then again go back into deepstandby at 04:25 and once again wake at say 07:00 in time for the kids to get up and get ready for school. Now i'm vastly simplifying things here but i hope to be ale to show just a little of what is possible with dedicated embedded features rather than tacked on plugins in a image.

FTP into your box & add this line:
Code30 6 * * * /sbin/reboot
**Reboots the box at 6.30am every morning**
to this file:
Code/etc/cron/root

Blackhole is at version 2.0.3 now bud, would be worth your while updating the image. There is a plugin now on blackhole for "autoshutdown" not in front of my box now to check but I think you can use this to reboot your box at a set time, if not you could use the cron manager.

i have looked in cron manager and found that you can choose option for vu to reboot and what time then you can save but when i leave page and go back does not show any confirmation that it will do so and nothing listed if you know what i mean lol ?

myself and rogerthis created this, and im sure that better coders will now take the script and improve it (ViX team have already confirmed this)
but for a first beta release, i have tested it on a TM-TWIN and a TM-2T, and it works perfectly, press the eXIT button instead of stop to return back to the iPlayer listings instead of the movie menu
this leads the way for future iPlayer development on enigma2

Hi I have vu duo and have entered key in for panasonic tv but all remote does tv wise is turn on and off and also noticed turns vu off at same time ??
i use my tablet or phone as my remote over wifi work a treat and gives me my bouquets ecy so i can move dish also and it stream and its free lol

This got to connect etc can get channel list up on s3 but does not play at all says roblem with report or exit !!!

sd channels dont need as much signal strength but hd ones do as you probably know anyway buddy
