hi , need some help . have Duel LNB AE128 and dish network Digital LNB AK72-3VPE can i use this for 110,119,118.7 .And what size dish should i use.
I have Dm500s receiver 30" Dish and right now getting 119 w
Can I use Same receiver and dish for these LNB and do i have to Change direction of the dish ?

hi , I have question my sat is pointing west and i am getting 119w channels.
I am not getting 110w channels pic but all the names of the channels are visible . How to add channel # 422 Sun sport , 186 National geographic

hi nano for last few weeks i gave up cuz i was not getting any where. So i thought i should try again to solve the problem i don't know to much about satellite. as you asked, I am located in Toronto Canada and i want to watch discovery,CNN,pct, Sony ,movies,news and sports.
I am using Dream up software for backup and i saved file in tmp folder. Then i use Dream up for copy the backup on the second box .i copy backup tmp folder file as is. After doing this pros sis when i connect all the wires and turn the TV on the screen comes up for setup like pal ,time zone ,language and so on.
You said its a backup of an exiting setup and it should copy over exactly as it on the other box.That's what i wonder why it needs to do all kind of setup.
I know you tried to help me last time i really appreciate for that.

hi can someone help, DO I HAVE TO COMPRESS (Zipp) the image file after backup then flash to the box?

hi i have question i back up image from working dm 500s box to my dm 500s and why this is asking for all the setup. when the other box is working fine.
in dream box setting witch satellites and transponder should i select ?
BOUQUETS IS BLANK.

Hi nano today i went to my friend's house with my receiver . I connected all the wires then turned the power on and its working just like his receiver.
All the channels working. Now what could be the problem.

EDG Nemesis or Powerboard Enigma VX. These image are for 800 HD or DM500-s?
Where i can download this?

Yes nano his receiver is working at my house no problem.
You think my internet connection maybe Conflict. Should i use LAN cuz i have Desk top and two laptops.
Desktop has wireless network adapter and receiver is connected to router.
I did not tried my receiver at my friends house that came in my mind to. OK i will go his house tomorrow and check it.

I forgot to ad that i reinstated the image but still i am having same problem.

HI, Thanks nano. i will try to ex plane. I backup image from my friend's Dm500-s to tmp folder witch is still working fine at his house.
The same file i flashed in my Dm500-s with Universal dreamup Version 1.2.1.5. There is options when backingup and when flashing.
May be i selected wrong option . When i backup the image from my friend's box i just clicked backup end of the process message was
some thing like file backup successfully. then i clicked OK disconnect and exit .
After waiting few minuets i connected my dm with null modem and opened dreamup and i selected flash and erase then flash i selected tmp folder .
This time i clicked no. So i don't know where i did mistake. I have only one box and i have rogers hi speed internet.
when i leave the box for unknown time plugged it start working but when i change the channels it keep working for some time.
after some time it stop working .

i didn't liked factory setup idea ether cuz i backed up image from good working dm500-s box .
That box still working perfectly when i connect to the same wires .

hi , i have question how to test LNB .
Why my receiver start working and stop working .When it's working if i don't change channels no problem when i switch to other channel u don't knw when all the channels disappears .

Hi Annie 12.Thanks for replying No i don't have motor . This dish is working perfectly with my friend's dm box 500-
s and i backup same file with universal dreamup in tmp folder .
Then i flashed same file ( open PLI) to my dm500-s with universal dreamup. The only Dish 101 channel is coming.
On this channel sound and image is ok. Witch new image i should use .
how to Chang settings.

hello experienced members help me to get my dm 500-s working.
today i flashed the box with universal dreamup . in the end says box flashed successfully.
now i connected to the TV it is picking up the signals from 118.0 W and 119.0 W showing all the programs name .
But still no picture .
What could be the reason

hello I downloaded flashwizard 6.4 .When i open get message this file dose not have a program associated with it for performing this action.
create an association in the folder option control panel.

how?
