i have a line from my one old peers who got caid0500 4 xxx chanels,
the problem i got is
recently i add sly oscam.whitelist on my files and after the chanel from caid 0500 not clear any more,can some one advise me what to do to clear them up?

the oscam.whitelist contain this information inside.
l:0963:000000::::3E,4E,4F,42,44,45,47,53,54,56,61,62,67,68,69,6A,6B,6D,6E,6F,71,72,73,74,77,78,79,7A,7C,7D,7E,80,8B # B***B 28.2E

why oscam.whitelist have 2 identical lines?? they are similer so can i use only 1 line in list instead 2 identical lines? like

further on, i have also this line in my oscam.server under my reader
ecmwhitelist = 0963@000000:3E,4E,4F,42,44,45,47,53,54,56,61,62,67,68,69,6A,6B,6D,6E,6F,71,72,73,74,77,78,79,7A,7C,7D,7E,80,8B

so i am confused here because i have ecmwhitelist in server under my reader and i also have oscam.whitelist in same config folder!

is my set up ok? do i need both? ecmwhitelist and oscam.whitelist

i have seen this past few days before never had issue so it must be some thing simple which we are forgetting!

i am using oscam 6801 on ubuntu pc and one strange issue i am getting every day which i have notice just couple of days before and now it become every day problem,problem,
i have zee package on my local card ,but i also have that package as back up from my peers.
every day continiuing 4pm(not exact time) i have notice 2 of zee chanel out of 4 been used by my erver from my peers instead my own card. i have direct my raeder with only group my own raeder and on webinfo i get
no reader found invailed(1ms) etc........................
what i do that time i restart oscam and all goes normal.all them chanel show from my card but next day same happend!

so far what idone is
1 = every day i keep resatrting the oscam.
2 = I have tried 2 ,3 diffrent oscam binery as i think may be thats the case
3 = I tried to reinit user
4 = I have disbale and enable my home box(user.ac) which i drect only with my own reader group.

have any body had similer issue ,any body may understand what i am talking about?please help me to sort this strange issue out.

do you have to forword any port also on router other then 12000 ?

i have tried but so far no luck .no chanel found!

can i use normal lnb to set the dish up which normaly we use to get 28.2e etc......?

2-i have noticed that geo uk, aag work ver good when geo news get balck screen from same peer .what i found on web info is that my box conect to a peer1 who got them chanels and it show (time out ) instead found (76 ms) by peer1 (of 2 avail 12)

during the time of black screen on that chanel i did tried to change the group in oscam.user and Reinit User DB but nothing happend at all.
in the end either i have to live like that and wait 10, 15minut when it itself come back or i restart my oscam then it goes normal for next so many hours.

Q 3- how come many new oscam freez&glitch certain chanels ?that freez and glitch only occurr on remote reader chanel not on local raeder.

hello,i having some issue with ocsam on daily bases which are as

1-i am keep getting this message on ocsam web info in every 2nd line

r [videoguard2-reader] class 3 ins54: status 90 00 = ok but cw=00 -> channel not subscribed

what is the solution so this message d,nt come?

2- i am having problem with Geo news which is part of package( Geo UK , Geo News , AAG ) and i get these channels from my 2 friends.every so often only Geo news get black screen and it show on ocsam webinfo as not found by remote peer and at that time if i restart my ocsam then that Chanel come back and work again for few hours and if i d,nt restart my ocsam then it take some time 5 to 10 minutes to clear.
when that channel disappear my both friends connect to me very well.but it show me chanel not found and timeout on webinfo page!!!!!!
i am currently using ocsam#5070 and in past few days i have tried so many old&new ocsam binaries but they d,nt solve my problem.
what i also find that a lot of binaries freeze some channels and some channels even not cleared so in the end i put back #5070.

can some one please help me to solve this issue?

If you are using any kind of usb then remove your usb and formate it in FAT32 and insert back to box, Make sure d,nt formate usb again in box ,just go through your mount processure.should solve your issue.

guys,it did happend to me also ,and what i was doing wrong ,i was using usb&hdd wich i am still using it.but before soon i insert usb i formate it in box,but ltr on i find out it only need formating on computer as FAT32 and then mount in box then choose in crossepg configration as storage device ,
what i also done is as
with a unix compatible editor edit the file /usr/bin/enigma2.sh and before the line

LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/libopen.so.0.0 /usr/bin/enigma2

add this line

/usr/crossepg/crossepg_epgmove.sh

and then reboot box.

i hope it might help as it did help me in my case.

sorry if i am wrong.Becareful if you formate the usb in box and reboot then mostly box will hang on start up so its always better to formate usb in fat32 then on computer then mount with out formating.i gess you are using hdd also.

it work as treat.

so in this case i think all i need is add this in my existing oscam.config

can you please give me a little more info please.at the minut i am using mgcamd to update my card.what exact i need in my server so card can update it self?
1-do i need a file called oscam.dvbapi in my etc folder among other oscam config files?
2-what exact do i need in my oscam.user ac?
3-any thing else need?

hdd as if i mount usb also a lot of time there is no epg after download or restart and some time box freez during boot up so i have removed the usb

i installed the enigma2-plugin-systemplugins-crossepg_0.6.2+git274+3e635ee-r0_mipsel.ipk to dm8000 box and after restart the box i went through all config setting and when i press download box crashed with green screen and getting this errer

i have test Oscam 1.10rc-svn build #5775 whole day and i can tell you that it freez a lot, during chanel change screen goes black,chanel took axtra time to appear and then i revert back again to #5070

so far i have not found any thing who can beat the #5070 as in this also espn hd glitch.i realy need to find out from more people which version is more familier to every one with sly card?

is that what you mean? and i am using d ling 5 port usb hub mate.
