just going off topic how you finding the solo4k ,was considering getting one

looks like this is a bigger issue than we thought, I understand that we can get in back on by repairing in a sd box
but im wondering
now if this is going to be a on going issue, what would be good is finding out why some of us as lost the channels but some haven't, what have they done different to us who have lost the channels got to be some common ground maybe, just a thought.

did you manage to get all your sports channels back on ? is there any difference in freq /or transponder between the ones that as gone off and the ones that work .

I did a channel update before hand, and normally if the channel changes you get tune fail, which I'm not just black screen

But agreed it was my first thought.

Hi Kinel yeah same here mine also is a HD, but im wondering if its only a temp fix, time will tell im sure

So i think this is happening to oscam and cccam cam users alike, so not sure whats the best route to try Know

are you using the white card also or the red, must be something sly as done then and stoppe the auto update working or something

is it possible to install oscam on my solo 2 and after i get it up and running then start to use it as the server instead of the dm800,
I have noticed in the plugins with vix there is a few different ones would these work ok and what else do i need to do to get it working

Hi Guys thanks for the replies

the card just stays in my dm800 which is the server and as been in that for the last two years or so i have never needed to touch it as its always just worked,
i will be the first to say im pretty green to all of this, when i set this up orginally my original receiver is one of the first hd boxes which i use at my caravan with a second white multiroom card
i have never put the card i use in the dm800 back in the original box to update it, its just done it automatic, and if im honest i have never checked the entitlements before today

know im wondering if i have changed something in my cccam when i was trying to sort a freezing clitch out which lasts a few second then clears and is ok for about an hour ( Still doing this but i can live with it )
what line should i be looking for in my cccam that controls auto update.

its a white card and yes its my own card just interal shares, about the entitlements to be honest im not sure how to check that ?

sport 2 ,4,5 F1 all working ok which is strange

just checked entitlements info and the dates are bewteen 23/12/16 and 31/12/16 i can post the info if needed

i have never needed to remove the card and put it in the original sky box since i have set it up which must be at least 2years

I have lost all sly movie channels on all my boxes and sly sports 1, they are no longer descrambling from what i can tell all others seem fine any help please

im running vix image on all boxes apart from server which is blackhole.

update not sure if this makes any difference but the Cccam version in my server is 2.1.3 not 2.3.0, all my other boxes have the 2.3.0 in them could this be the problem ?

yes its my own card in the dm and the boxes are all hard wired

my boxes are solo2 x 2 and gigablue quad and the dm800 as the server this is not a new problem its always done it .

Hi Does anyone have any idea why this is happening

Every half hour or so i get picture freeze for about 2 to 3 seconds seems to happen on all scrambled channels and on all my boxes around the house, Then after the 2secs its fine again for about the same time then it happens again .

Im using a d800 for the server running black hole

im running vix image latest in all my boxes but this as been happening on all older versions as well

My CCcam is 2.3.0

could this be somthing wrong in my config file in one of my boxes ?

yep ive done this in the past works fine and from mem i used the option, use as hardrive

vix team forgot to put the positioner setup in by mistake you can either had the plugin built in or just update box to later version

solo2 vix build 558 works a treat

ok guys lastest update i have managed to get the shares working internal and learned not to use notepad so a valuble lesson there thanks master for that one, but the strange thing is it still says the same thing when i use the dm800 blue button to check cam status but when i use cs studio my shares are there and working so im going to leave it at that before the wife kills me lol . I have still got to try to get my daughter working yet so that will be more fun, i have setup a dns host with no ip and got the updater working i think
put still trying to figure out how to open my ports on the bt router when i do get that bit working can i had my .org in one of my internal shares to test it ?

im still having problems but the editor you mensioned as sure helped now the file is easy to read not all jumbled up thankyou for that
but i still have a problem im starting to think maybe its the cam im installing which is ccam 213 oscam6253
i have just carried out reflash with blackhole 1,33 ver 3 then loaded the cam and even before i touch the ccam config its doing the same thing when using blue button the info sorry connection to ccam refused check if running and check webinf settings

can you sugest a cam to try it needs to let me open my sly card and internal shares to two boxes
and if poss update the card

Hi all
i seem to be having a problem when i edit my config file of my dm800 using ftp and notepad.
when i have installed a new cam lets say ccam2.13+oscam file, and then use my own configs it wont work, if i use the ccam.config which installs with the cam software then copy my f lines in there that works fine but as soon as i try to edit the file say change the port from 12000 to something new, and restart the cam for the config setting to work the cam runs ok because my card opens all channels,but when i press blue button cam info and check my shares it just says sorry connection to ccam refused check if running and check webinf settings, and my internal shares wont work, i dont understand whats going on i can change things in my configs with the same software im using for my xtrend 9200 with no problems
