Dear hisakatano,
Thank you for your help. Your executable tvheadend binary did the trick. It is working on my kII pro device! I did not change any config file, just replaced tvheadend executable. I realy appreciate it!
For someone who encounter similar situation:
Using:
Libreelec,
KII-Pro,
tvheadend libreelec addon with replaced executable from hisakatano's first post
Hi acen28,
Can you post "system and kodi backup" of your KII Pro. I have followed all steps but no video on powervu channels although ecm is showing key found when seen through oscam webif.

HI,
I have recently purchased Zgemma H5 to watch Sun HD channels (G-Sat 15, 93.5 East). When I switch to any HEVC channel, it plays OK only for few minutes but then video starts stuttering, if I am using the word right (video starts showing multiple images, one playing fine but simultaneously the other images showing freezes and lags). It keeps like this for some time then either video completely freezes with audio playing fine in the background or video comes back to normal. I have tested many Enigma2 images (like OpenATV 6.1 or OpenPLi 6.0 etc.) but with same problem.
Can somebody suggest, what may be the cause for this strange behaviour?
You may see the video demo of this issue in the following videos:

It seem the image is unable to locate oscam binary file "oscam".
Did you installed oscam from the image online server and then replaced the files with the provided one.
If not then read the procedure again and follow the steps. -
Mates,
At last, Oscam Emu now support opening of PowerVu channels in Enigma2 (without Stream Relay method). Now you just have to copy oscam emu bin file and config files along with keys in the Softcam file to respective folders in Enigma2 of your Dreambox receiver and then you are ready to go to watch PowerVu channels (without any need to create IPTV bouquet as in the old “Stream Relay” method). How to:
1. Install Oscam from online server of your installed image.
2. Download “Oscam Emu Patched” package from the provided link.
3. Extract files from the rar package and by using any ftp utility (like DCC or Filezilla) copy and replace files in the respective folders in Enigma2 image.Oscam Emu Patched v11086 for Dreambox DM800HD/DM800HD SE OE2.0 Enigma2 Images:
Download attached file.File Paths:
oscam: /usr/bin
oscam config files: /etc/tuxbox/config/oscam
softcam: /usr/keysNote:
• File paths shown here, are for OpenPLi image (check yourself for other images and place accordingly).
• Keys included in softcam file are only for Asisat 7 (105.5 East) powervu channels. For other channels, add your keys in the softcam file as per format.Keys:
Keys are put into SoftCam.Key, which is placed inside keys folder (/usr/keys).
Key format in SoftCam.Key:
P <srvid> <nb> <key>
Example:
P 1234 01 11223344556677
AU keys:
P <srvid> <UA> <key>
Example:
P 1234 11223344 11223344556677 -
Mates,
Here is another tutorial for watching PowerVu channels in Enigma2 Images (particularly OpenPli, OpenATV etc.) on mips receivers (like Dreambox, Vu+ etc.).
Download attached PDF document and package attached here (or from the link given in the PDF) and following the instructions in the PDF file, use attached package to run PowerVu channels in Enigma2 receivers without any need of PC.

Mates, here is the complete method to watch PowerVu channels on PC/Laptop with the help of Enigma2 receiver without any need of PC DVB card.
Requirements:
1. Enigma2 Reaceiver (like Dreambox, Vu+, Spark Enigma2 receivers etc.) with OpenPLi Image installed (Other Image may also work if it has "Include ECM in HTTP streams" option in it).
2. PC or Laptop
3. DVBViewer Pro Software.
4. PowerVu Emu v2.0 (a DVB Emu plugin)How to:
1. Create a new bouquet on your Enigma2 receiver, name it PowerVu (or anything) and add all PowerVu channels available with you in it.
2. Make Sure that your Enigma2 receiver and PC are in the same network (LAN or wireless network).
3. Give IP address of your Enigma2 receiver in the address bar of a web browser (FireFox, Opera, Chrome etc.), "OpenWebif" will open if network between your PC and Enigma2 receiver is workingproperly.
4. Go to Settings - Customize, and check "Include ECM in http streams" checkbox.
5. Go to Bouquets in OpenWebif and see newly added bouquet (having PowerVu channels in it) and click on the TV icon beside it, a bouquet playlist "services.m3u" will download, save it somewhere.
6. Switch your Enigma2 receiver to any channel in the PowerVu bouquet from "Openwebif" or with remote of the receiver and leave it there.
7. Install DVB Viewer Pro.
8. Copy "PowerVu Emu 2.0" files (PowerVuEmu.dll, PowerVuEmu.ini and Softcam.Key) to "C:\Program Files (x86)\DVBViewer\Plugins".
9. Now we have to do settings on DVB Viewer.
10. Go to - Settings - Options - Hardware:
- Check "Has CI module" checkbox.
- click "Add" button and select "File Device", "Tuner Type" is "Cable", "Status" is "Normal".
- To add the enigma2 receiver streams to DVB Viewer, click "Settings" - "Add" - "URL". For example "http://192.168.2.10:8001/1:0:1:9:1:9:5A0000:0:0:0:"
- Get PowerVu channels links from already downloaded "services.m3u" by opening it in notepad.
- Set "Frequency" of first URL to "50500" (select from the drop down menu), next URL to "52000" and so on and then press OK.
11. To scan channels, got to "TV/RADIO" - "CHANNEL SCAN":
- TARGET ROOT: name it anything (for example "Powervu").
- TYPE: Cable
- TRANSPONDER LIST: none
- SYMBOLE RATES: 6900 (only)
- "FREQUENCY" starts from "50500" to the frequency which you gave tou your last URL.
- Untick all checkboxes.
- Click "Scan Range" and wait for the scan to complete.
12. Go to "Plugins" and enable "PowerVu Emu 2.0".
13. Go to Channel List and open your channel by clicking on it to watch it open just like an FTA channel on your PC.And don't forget to press thanks if you like this tutorial.

Booloader version: Dreambox Second Stage Loader BUILD #59, built 20080509
device info firmware upgrade
what can i do to fix it????You have to select proper image (for your SSL v59) to flash, otherwise you may first upgrade your boot loader to the latest version (for your Sim) and then install the latest image for that Sim.
To upgrade SSL you search and download boot loader file and flash with boot loader web interface. Then restart your receiver and then flash the latest image for your Sim. -
