    UPDATE 18/04/2012

If you have an Ali3602 HD Receiver like ***BOX S9, S10, S11, S12...there is a method to identify if it is original (quality goods) or clone.

Before identify , please backup your old software on the box by usb.

enter menu---tool---information---press "8888" key, now you will see CHIP ID . If the box CHIP ID is in the chip_id_list, congratulatation, your HD Receiver is original version! You can upgrade any new firmware to experience more new functions. Otherwise, You Box is clone version , please recover the software with the old version! This software will kill the clone box when power on over 10 times. If less than 10 times, no kill for clone version.
    the chip_id_list is the following:

    00D0

    00EA

    085B

    0D0C

    98A1

    98F2

    9CF4

    9D1A

    1015

    0D7E

    38EC

    1466

    10AA

    113C

    14D5

    1474

    1466

    0110

    1509

    15AE

    15CB

    15FA

    1801

When you buy a new box , try to view the chip_id_list on this http page. If you can not find the valid "CHIP ID" on the chip_id_list, it means your box is a clone box.

Build Script for Openpli Enigma2 on Ubuntu 10.4 32 Bit - [EN] Third-Party Development - Forums

    ------------------------------
    Tested on
    ------------------------------
    Ubuntu 10.04 32 bit
    Ubuntu 10.10 32 and 64 bit
Ubuntu 10.10 32 and 64 bit as VMware virtual machine guest (OSX Lion 64 bit host)
    Ubuntu 11.10 32 and 64 bit
Ubuntu 11.10 32 bit as VMware virtual machine guest (Win7 64 bit host)

    ------------------------------
    BUILDING openpliPC
    ------------------------------

1a) download openpliPC git repo as local user (not root):
    git clone https://github.com/nobody9/openpliPC.git
    cd openpliPC/

    - OR -

1b) Keep in sync previously cloned git repo:
    cd openpliPC/
    git pull https://github.com/nobody9/openpliPC.git

    2) Building needed openpliPC enigma2 libraries:
It download, build and install all needed libraries
Some tasks require root access (sudo). You will be asked for your password.
This task must be run ONCE at the first time. These libs are compiled from
its original sources and aren't patched anyway.

    ./build_libs.sh
If you are interested to have a logfile , simply do:
    ./build_libs.sh 2>&1 | tee build_libs.log

    3) Build Xine-lib and openpliPC Enigma2:
It compile and install xine-lib and the openpliPC Enigma2.
xine-lib and enigma2 are included in openpliPC main repo and code
is already patched ready to compile.
Some tasks require root access (sudo). You will be asked for your password.

    ./build_openpliPC.sh
If you are interested to have a logfile , simply do:
    ./build_openpliPC.sh.sh 2>&1 | tee build_log.log

    ./build_openpliPC.sh has some command-line options
    ./build_openpliPC.sh -h to see them

    4) If you are interested you can compile vdapauinfo and qvdpautest
(building qvdpautest require install qt4-dev-tools (100 MB))
    ./build_vdpauinfotest.sh

After build you can find binaries under libs/vdpauinfo-0.0.6/ and libs/qvdpautest-0.5.1/
    qvdpautest must run into libs/qvdpautest-0.5.1/
    cd libs/qvdpautest-0.5.1/
    ./qvdpautest

    ------------------------------
    Where is Enigma2 ?
    ------------------------------

    Enigma2 will be installed in /usr/local/e2/ (see build_openpliPC.sh $INSTALL_E2DIR )
    Example configs in /usr/local/e2/etc/enigma2/
The hole /proc/stb directory are located at /usr/local/e2/etc/stb/

    ------------------------------
    Run enigma2
    ------------------------------

Enigma2 requires to be launched as root user:
    sudo /usr/local/e2/bin/enigma2

If you are inside openpliPC/ simply do:
    sudo ./e2bin

If you are concerned about security, build and run Enigma2 in a Virtual Machine

    ------------------------------
    Informations
    ------------------------------

    1)
with xine_vdpau I get osd, video (SD and HD) and sound,

    put extensions in /usr/local/e2/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions
    put skin in /usr/local/e2/share/enigma2

    5)
In order to record a movie you must create the /hdd/movies directory or use a symbolic link
    i.e.
    sudo ln -s /my/movie/archive /hdd
    sudo mkdir /hdd/movies

    6)
/usr/local/e2/share/enigma2/xine.conf has many options about video and audio control
    take a look into it

    7)
Using vtuner vtuner - access DVB devices over the network - Google Project Hosting user can share his tuner over network connection.
    It's a client/server software. Server must be installed where you have a tuner (i.e. your STB like CT9x00 , DM800 ..)
and client must be installed where you have not the physical tuner (i.e. PC)

    Hi alibaba1802,

    Thank you...
Yeah I found the keys list from that website
The list I want to add is "Latest BISS NEW Keys OK 13-04-12.rar"
But the file format is .txt and I think I have to make the keys for constant.cw ...
Where can i get pre made constant.cw for this new keys list "Latest BISS NEW Keys OK 13-04-12.rar"??? Please...

    Rename the file and try.

Thank you for your reply. What I want to do is to create constant.cw om my PC and update to my ***box via usb.

I know the format is like this: "caid4:provider6:sid4:pmt4:ecm4::key6 key6"

But the latest biss keys that I found on the internet did not provide caid, pmt & ecm information. So I have no idea how to get these information. Pls help me out. Thanks

Its easier and faster to use premade constant files.

Latest Firmware ? Please give me more details (date, clone firm, original firm, etc..)

You can try this firmware, no problem.

    Bad news today,
    i receive the following mails.

    From Yojiatech (Chinese manufacturer) :

    From Shenzhen (Chinese manufacturer) :

    hi
i think you are prefessional then me . as far as i know, the openbox s9 stop production for a long time, so no have any new firware .

so if you have, can you send to me .

    thanks advance !

Strange as that firmware is the latest as far as I know but it has been modified by anonymousx. It works fine on my box what image have you got on yours. I know the latest image will not allow you to dump cccam.cfg hence the tweak by anonymousx. What do you want to put on?

    I use this firm : http://linuxsat-support.com/op…passion-03-02-2012-a.html

and my own Channel List, but if you want, try this: http://linuxsat-support.com/op…10-s11-s12.html#post47688

It would be nice if you could use your firmware to obtain a channel list, the one thats embedded in this image is causing my box problems.i have tried dumping the channel list from this image and tried to upload to my firmware but lose all naming of channels and are not sorted at all, i really take my hat of to you for putting all this together, thanks.

In my opinion, the best way is a own Channnel list, it takes time.....but the results are very good.
Sometimes "premade" Channel list can "damage" your box.
