  • Amiko running enigma 2 no software management plugin

    I am trying to install an iptv wizard app on my amiko alien 2 box, the instructions tell me to go to plugins and software management but it is not there, I have been using spark since I had my box and am clueless when it comes to enigma 2, is there a plugin I can use or a different image I should be using if so where do I find them.

  • Receiver can't find any horizontal polarization channells

    My Amiko alien sh 8900 receiver can't find any horizontal polarization channels when scanned, pre programmed ones won' t display no signal. I have another amiko alien and if I plug the same sat feed into it both horizontal and vertical channels are o.k. Is there a setting I can change I have already tries restoring factort settings Help

  • Unable to find chanells

    My dish is the one I had from ***, I disconnected the other receiver and scanned with the same result , I am picking up new channels i.e *** Christmas but not others I am using spark and to be honest have no idea what openpli is

    Just purchased an Amiko SHD 8900 as a secondary box , I already have an Amiko Alien 2 which is working fine, my problem is that when I do a scan on astra loads of channels are not being found, the box was pre loaded with latest spark version and openpli whatever that is. My main box finds all the channels scanning the same satellite, both are connected to the same dish.

  • Help I think I'm a server but don't want to be. I just want to be a client

    Help I have set up my Amiko Alien 2 box using spark and installed oscam to recieve c,n and f lines.
    However when I received an n line and had trouble converting I contacted the person who sent it.
    They informed me that oscam is a server I just want to be a client which I thought I was. I downloaded
    All_emu_plugin_Alien and installed the plugin folder. Do I now need to uninstall oscam if so how do I do
    that and then what do I need to do simply recieve lines and use.Currently I have converted c line's and put
    it into oscam.server and it works

  • Easy step by step Amiko Alien 2 Channels working

    I spent 2 days looking for info on adding Nline to the alien2 stb (set top box),

    I’ve only used cccam.cfg on dm500 stb. I’m a right newbie so here is the easy way I did it,


    I guess your box has updated from the stb from menu spark.

    1) Download: - All_emu_plugin_Alien_16.07.2012
    Unzip and put the plugin folder on USB drive (Kingston are recommended others might work) insert USB drive into rear USB socket of stb, when prompted to install press ok on remote control, (you have installed oscam the file you need we’ll come back to this a bit later. )

    2) Download: - CCcam to Oscam Converter (very easy program to use)
    Open program,- top left: - click > F: C: or N: of your line,


    Then
    Top right- click> open cccam.cfg and import your cccam.cfg file OR paste in your line into top box,

    Then
    Click> save oscam.server, (you’ve now saved your line as oscam)

    3) Open DCC – Dream Control Centre- (or your preferred FTP program)
    You’ll need to add your router PC and stb IP addresses (loads of info on the net, how to find your IP addresses) get a green line between all 3 then bottom left click> FTP

    Next: - in the right window of DCC search for the file you saved on PC (file should be called oscam.server) right click and edit then highlight all the txt and click copy with the top copy button.

    Then
    Left window of DCC Click>Var->/root/plugin.. click> keys then right click oscam.server and edit, then highlight the # on number 3 and click the paste button above top of left window then the save button and confirm you want to replace oscam and close.

    Have got this far but there is no such directory or oscam.servr file help
