Sorry, but no.
You've got me interested in it again to be honest.
I bought it on amazon, price has fallen since I purchased it.
Down to £99
This is the one I bought

I have a logitech harmony touch remote which worked quite well with my solo2.
The wife could never get to grips with it though as it was controlling a number of devices.
I have read reports that it also works well with the duo2 (may needs a few minor tweaks though)
From what I remember, it was pretty easily setup as VU is in its database.
When I got my duo2, I dumped the original remote (found it unresponsive) and purchased a genuine replacement solo2 remote which works perfectly.

I'll dig it out later tonight and confirm weather it works or not.
Quotetesting a N Line at the moment
Is it a payserver line ?
If so, may I remind you of the rules.
http://linuxsat-support.com/misc.php?do=vsarules
CCCam.
CCcam.cfg (your c line) normally goes into /etc on openvix (not sure on vix4project blue but presume location to be the same)
MGCamd.
Your c line probably won't work in newcamd.list, it should go into cccamd.list for mgcamd to work (I think the server may have to be using cccam 2.1.1 or below though)
What receiver are you using BTW, (If it's an amiko alien 2 or any sh4 receiver, CCCam won't run on it as far as I'm aware)
Installing an .ipk file on openpli is a bit different than other images (it doesn't not accept an ipkg command ,use opkg instead)
You can use dreambox control centre (DCC) to install it.

QuoteWait in my opinion the biggest difference is that the SE has one DVB-S2 input whereas the Solo2 has 2.
The solo se v2 can have a twin tuner module installed.

Quoteis it possible to install plugins on an attached flash drive instead of internal memory ?
Pluginskinmover should do the trick.

QuoteOk, thanks. I I didn't think about that. But I have only one satellite's cable. Is it possibile to split it with a "splitter"? Or it is not how it works?
It's not normally possible to split a satellite cable (unless it's a unicable system http://www.inverto.tv/guide/?p=12 )
You may be better off to run a second feed from your dish to your receiver.
If that's not possible, a "stacker destacker" option is available but is costly, (€100+ approx)
You will also need to change your lnb (if it has only one output) to a twin or above.
QuoteBit confused here chaps.
Does my motor sat feed go in tuner A
And my cable feed go into tuner B?
An that's it.
What model do you have?
You need to have a combo receiver model (h1 or h.2h) to accept satellite and cable
Basically it's the onboard memory which holds your image/plugins etc.
QuoteNAND flash memory is a type of non-volatile storage technology that does not require power to retain data. An important goal of NAND flash development has been to reduce the cost per bit and increase maximum chip capacity so that flash memory can compete with magnetic storage devices like hard disks.
The solo se v2 is ideal if your going to use a lot of plugins and may change tuner modules from satellite to terrestrial/cable at a later stage.
The idea of the external ir cable is to facilitate locating your receiver out of sight (behind your tv perhaps) but your remote will still function.
In order for you to record/timeshift, a usb key / hdd or network storage mount would have to be added.
If it is for satellite alone, you'd like to have a tidy receiver with no usb / hdd connected in sight , not plugin dependent and like to have it in view (way better looking in my opinion than the se v2) go for the solo2.

Extract . rar file to root of usb.
Insert into receiver and power on.
Hold "ok" button down on remote when prompted.
When complete, power off and remove usb.
Might also consider checking your tv settings (zoom / overscan etc.)
As far as I know, most hdd's are either formatted to ext3 or 4 for recording/timeshifting.
You may need your network drive formatted to one of these filesystems for it to work (only guessing though)
Probably should check first if your shared folder is "read only" as it would at least need to be "read/write"
It may be the picon size.
What picons are you using?
You could try smaller sized picons. (100x60)
It's a clone.
No support for clone vu receivers due to sponsorship agreement.
Need more info for someone to help really.
Is it your card or a share?
If it is your card, what color is it and is it paired to a sd receiver or hd one?
White cards paired to hd receivers won't clear premium content (need to be repaired to sd receiver for it to work)
Red cards paired to hd receivers will work (no hd though, apart for a select few channels) but boxkey needs to be entered in your configs.
Have a look here if using a red card:
