No, you remove your micro-sd card from your wetek (after you have your image setup the way you like it) and pop it into a card reader connected to your pc.
You then use win32 Disk Imager to read/backup your micro-sd card iso (your wetek image) to your pc, click on the "read" button.
At this point, when your iso (image) is written/ created on your pc, you can burn it to another sd card using win32 Disk Imager, in the same way you burnt your original pbnigma image.

You could try updating your sat.xml file.
I've attached a current one for 28.2 (will remove all other satellites though)
Extract out and Ftp it to /etc/tuxbox/
Reboot receiver and try abm again (worth a shot)
I presume you have abm configured for 28.2?

I'd try disabling one tuner and try abm again, but only guessing at this point.
I don't have any experience with these receivers to be honest.

Images are a matter of taste really, they all do pretty much the same thing.
If your looking for a skin similar to an original sly receiver, rossi's blue hd one is highly recommended.
It can normally be installed on the openatv image (not sure about a zgemma receiver though) which you can get from here (select airdigital).

Cccam won't run on your receiver (as far as I'm aware), wasn't designed for it.
Post up your oscam configs and maybe someone might spot something thats causing your issue (hash out any sensitive stuff).

I'd first update oscam, thats a very old revision. (4 years and change)
Back up your configs and install a newer version, see if it makes a difference.

You'll probably have to pair it to something in order for "them" to activate it.
Any standard defination official receiver should do .

A bit more info on your setup would be helpful, (server type pc/receiver, image, oscam version, configs etc) oscam log also.

Glad you've found your problem, thread closed.

Try using this tool to convert your details.
Paste in your line in the top window.
Click "Convert to oscam" and copy the txt from the bottom window (scroll down to select all of it)
Then, open the oscam webif, click on the files tab, select "oscam.server" file, remove previous reader (previous entered line details) and paste in your new converted line details (reader), scroll to the bottom of the page and hit save.
Then select the "restart" tab and restart oscam from there.

Looks like a "free" line from the web?
If so, it may not work though as most of these are overloaded/stolen to begin with.

Is it the same router you had in your old residence?
If your trying to transcode from outside your network, you'll have to open the transcoding port on your router and link it back to your duo2's ip (default transcoding port is 8002 i think, not in front of my receiver atm though to confirm this)
If your only transcoding from within your network, opening a port is not necessary.
Are you using an app or are you using the webif?
Your duo2 may have been assigned a different ip from your router which may not be the same as the one configured within your app (if you use one)
See if it will work from the openwebif.
It is best to set up a static ip address for your duo2 within your router if you use transcoding regularly with an app (it will avoid changing the settings within the app)

When your in the channel bouquet and have your desired channel highlighted, just press the "menu" button on your remote and there may be an option to set the this channel as the start up channel (probably depends on image though)

Not familiar with that particular image but normally you would install like so:
1) extract out the downloaded OpenDroid_Softcam_Collection.rar file
2) ftp the ipk you want to install into the temp folder of your receiver (in your case, "enigma2-plugin-softcams-cccam211_2.1.1-r0_all.ipk")
You can use dcc, filezilla , winscp or any other ftp program for this.
3) on your receiver go to "manage/install local extensions" (should be in one of the sub menus) and select the "enigma2-plugin-softcams-cccam211_2.1.1-r0_all.ipk" file for installation
4) sometimes a gui restart/reboot follows and that's about it really.
