has received lots of shared emm's but no uniques

Mine done the same thing last month, seca card also, only got it from them the month previous.
Not too sure if it is the new type though as its my first nc+ card.
I sent satsklep a mail first explaining the problem (included card number).
They managed to reactivate it within a few hours without me sending back the card (admin entitlement had expired)
They recommend to leave it on TVP1 for a few hours to up date it.
    Hope it helps.

Not sure if there is a "best" one but some have reported mgcamd to be more stable than cccam on certain cards (if your client only).
Oscam seams to be the most versatile at the moment (can handle multiple protocols as well as serve your card)

Firmware means what teams image is used (your graphical user interface)
There are a lot of teams developing their own images for receivers, all do more or less the same thing but some people find images from certain teams are easier to setup than others.
Vix is a very good image but i recommend you try all whats available for your receiver, only then can you decide what suits you.

Homeplug adaptors are used to transmit broadband through your existing electrical wiring if you don't have a broadband connection where you need it (at the rear of your receiver in this case.
They normally come in pairs, one connects to your router and the other is placed where your require broadband.

You normally use a pc/laptop to communicate with an enigma receiver and upload/install config files (cccam.cfg)
The most common program used to achieve this is dreambox control center (dcc).
    It can be found here

It depends on your overall usage for the receiver.
If it is sat/cable only with a little iptv, a Vu is your best bet.
It'll run smoothly and shouldnt give you any grief.
If your looking for something that will run android/openelec/enigma2 then the wetek is your man but a lot of the enigma2 images available are only test images with some functions disabled. (twin tuners didn't work in the vast majority of enigma2 images, also timeshift wasn't possible on others aswell)

Dreamboxedit will do to edit any list posted.
Nrmally people edit these lists for the satellites they can/want to receive.
The lists themselves don't take up much memory at all / will not/ should not slow down the receiver at all.
You can merge your dvb-t settings with any lists using dreambox edit.
First, scan your dvb-t channels and then receive them using dreambox edit.
Copy your channel list and paste them into another running instance of dreamboxedit that is opened with the downloaded e2 list of your choosing.
Send the modified list to your receiver.
    Job done.

Why have two servers running when all you need is one?
Oscam is capable of reading and serving the card, all from one server.
I'd set it up with at least one connected account within your network responsible for updating your card (will save on elec and easier to narrow down problems after).

I had a similar problem once on an ariva 12 combo a long time ago.
The hdmi output went dead and was only left with scart.
I flash a new patched firmware and it started working again and is still working to this day at my sisters house.
I'm not saying it will work but maybe a fresh image configured from scratch might bring it back.
Ps. Stay away from vix hades release 18 as the scart carries an awful noise artifact (xpeed lx2 and xp1000, family members receivers) which is fierce annoying (I went back to release 10 on them which was perfect audio wise)
Havn't tested the new vix image yet to be honest.
Also try the usuals, hdmi lead, hdmi cec in off mode, different hdmi input on tv and/or different tv altogether.
Best of luck with your problem, I hope you get it sorted.

Anybody have any idea what the bottom usb port is on a TM Nano T2? cant use the upper one as the hdmi cable housing is in the way, tried /dev/ttyUSB0, /dev/ttyUSB1, /dev/ttyUSB2

Connect up your smargo, restart oscam and go into your "reader" tab in oscam webif.
Hit the "scan usb" tab and it should give you a list of whats connected to which usb (bus:device)
It should list which bus:device your smargo is connected to.

Use that then in your reader device entry eg:

I don't use smargo so have no idea which direction card should be but if you shine a torch into it you should be able to see the card contact pins which will give you a good idea of card orientation

Never had them running with oscam, was using them for free to air only (the days before I knew what oscam was/ got into this hobby properly)
€55 for everything, about £41 stg(€50 cost and €5 postage, I'll pack all into one box. If postage is more expensive, I'll cover it out of the €50)
I paid well over that alone for the tevii dvb-s/s2 card and the xonar was €100+
I wouldn't mind getting rid of everything in one go to be honest.
    How does that sound?

    From my understanding, yes.
Oscam.user is to allow peers (or dvbapi if you plan to use oscam to read and serve your card) to connect to you/your server/card.
Oscam.server is used for you to connect to peer's server. (which in your case is your tm )
Since your solo neither has a card or isn't going to be used as a server, then I don't think you require an oscam.user entry.
Everything comes through your reader (oscam.server )
