What satellite/package you trying to view?

Is your receiver telling you your ip address when you start it up from rocker switch at back?
If not, go into network settings and turn on dchp.
If that doesn't work, you may have a problem with your cable or router. -
Bbc1,2,3,4 ,Itv an Ch4 are all hd. (free)
Bt 1&2 still clear HD. (dunno for how long)
And thats just 28.2
Imo it's worth the extra £££ for a HD receiver for those channels alone. -
This thread has explained one way using a usb key and i already pointed you in the direction using the remote

You can also type in your ariva ip into a browser address line (if your computer is connected to the same network) and use that to input your line details.
You have to flash your box to the patched firmware first as it will not work if you don't. -
Connect using either wifi dongle or lan cable. Go into wifi settings (menu /tools / network local settings) to connect to your network.
If using wifi, go into wifi manager to setup your network. -

Just tried dcc here, it sometimes takes two or three tries for me to connect.
Google ftp client and you'll come up with a couple. -
I have no experience with this at all but to stream from solo2 to outside your network, you need to open ports on router. This may be the same.
Only guessing tbh though. -
What image are you running?
You could also try filezilla for ftp'ing -

I'll close the thread. -
I haven't it in front of me but I think you press blue button or get into blue/pkt panel from menu
Go into settings(again i maybe wrong) and then keymapper. -
Hmmm, I'm sure your friend will help you out in creating a further 10 N lines from his line so, or am i misunderstanding your post?

New firmware for above ariva models.
Tested working on a 150 combo.
Use at your own risk. -
Have a look here.
It's a backup image with what you need.

Not too sure if this will be helpful but i have that usb tuner working on my solo2. I altered the bouquets to show my saorview channels in place of the autobouquet generated ones.
When connected, it showed up as "tuner c, terestrial" which freed up both sat tuners.
Running bh 2.1.0.1 -

I have tried all of cams and nothing works, my question is why did'nt you tested before you realised?????
I have yet to try this image but Oscam is the preferred emu for this.
Remember it is a sh4 receiver and most cams are written for mips.Post #24

QuoteThere is no password set for telnet or FTP on openATV. (So leave it blank).
You can set / change it with the command passwd in telnet.
