Hi,
If you have a c-line, use cccam as emu. It will only ask for port once. Enter just the dyndns address in url. (leave out the "c: and space")
If you have an n-line, use newcamd client as emu. Enter just the dyndns address in url. (leave out the N: and space"). It asks for port twice, just input same port in both fields.
C-line looks like this "c: xxx.dyndns.xx port user pass"
N-line looks like this "N: xxx.dyndns.xx port user pass 0102030405060708091011121314"
Hope this helps.

No problem, just hit thanks button under post.
If your buying an RS232 cable, make sure it's a null modem cable you purchase.
Handy to have if you get "ASH" error up on screen as it is the only way to bring the receiver back to life after a bad flash afaik. -
Hi,
The patch is a .rar file. It needs to be extracted.
If u see it as php file extension then read :
http://linuxsat-support.com/showthread.php?t=44527This will show you how to install the patch.
http://linuxsat-support.com/showthread.php?t=13204Let me know how u get on.

If it's getting "login successful" and "CA TYPE NDS" then it's connected to a server.
Is the line good, can u check it in another receiver?
I never needed to input any mac address.
Not sure about the patch u flashed either.
This one works for me using a 150 combo

leave out the "c:"
Just put in the "xxxxxx.dyndns.tv" into the urlRegards
-
You need to put in your dyndns address or ip address into url.
eg: if your cline looks something like this:
c: somebody.dyndns.com port user pass
You need to put the "somebody.dyndns.com" part into your url.If your sharing internally (have your own server setup),
Your cline would look something like this
c: 192.168.1.102 port user pass
Then your internal ip goes into your url (the 192.168.1.102 part of the cline)Regards

Afaik transcoding compresses the signal in order to stream to other devices using small bandwidth. For me, hd always seems a bit jittery within my local network using open webif but sd is near perfect. That said, it may be my wireless speed within my LAN. Outside of my network, i have no alternative but to use the sd transcoded stream as my bb is only 1.5meg upload and i find it works quite well on laptop using open webif. On my mobile phone, I use vu+ player which can be d/loaded from play store free(dunno about itunes). Just open port 80 on router and better off to assign static ip(static lease) to your receiver within your router, quality is quite watchable for me on phone. To use openwebif outside your network, open port 8002 to use transcoded stream. Hope it helps.

Sandisk cruzer blade(4/8/16gb) and/or sandisk extreme (usb3 32gb) have no problems either, from my experience.
As cazeula said in post 2, make sure all usb drives at rear are disconnected before flash. I never had to disconnect hdd but heard others having to aswell. -
Menu/Setup/ Service searching/Autobouquets/Menu
Should be 3rd or 4th down "show channel number"

It's the second one from the top. -
Looks like a clone dreambox.
Don't think marusys would like their receivers to be confused with a dreambox/clone. -
Don't use it myself, i have hyperion on mine and live with boot on vfd.
Try this link, post 106.

Might be better off to ask on that thread about the blue panel etc.
They've done great work on that image. -

What image is on it?
I think the only enigma2 image that will work vfd at the moment is openpli.
