    This is one of the crash things that end up back on the usb when i remove it from the box

  • Have hit a big problem

    Hi all,


    Got my new Gigable 800 se hd this morning and i think i've wrecked it already,


    i tried to follow the guide to flash new image but failed miserably, now stuck with gigablue loading on the tv screen for 20mins and no progress... box has a number 25 on the screen,


    It started off with openvix on it but i couldn't find much info on how to install cccam or oscam and set my card up, all the reading i did lead up to flashing with teamred f/w, so i gave it a go, I loaded the 1st set of files onto the formated fat32 usb and plugged it into the box, started it up and it looked like it was loading but the box didn't reboot, after 20 mins of it being stuck on the same page i unplugged the box and ran the 2nd set of files, again it looked like it was starting up then it got to a page saying gigablue with teamred underneath, the lcd panel counts up to 25 then stops, and nothing more happens..


    i have tried to reinstall the bootloader for vix newmorous times but every thing leads to the same place, the box does not reboot as it should when flashing, i have to unplug the box after it gets stuck for 10mins,


    Also when i plug the usb back into my comp it has around 10 files saying enigma2_crash_84 and other numbers


    Does anyone have any idea where i'm going wrong at all?

    Hi, been trying to set mine up the same way as above and wondered why it was still showing on the 2.1.3 cccam, i had my freesat card in an openbox which wouldn't clear the pick and pick+1 channels, so i dropped it into my ubuntu server (which i built following tuts on this forum, big thanks) Pick clears now and its freeze and glitch free; but i find i am getting alot of ecm request for channels i dont clear. Other then letting others know its only a freeview card is there no other way to solve it, would the tut to put the sids in the cccam.cfg not work either? Or does it have to be oscam as thats whats readin the card.
