hi all scratching head time AGAIN!,, ok i aint the sharpest pencil in the box when it comes to my shiny new vu duo, however media portal used to work and now even after installing latest version i get librtmp0 satisfy dependencies error and it cant install anybody any ideas please thanks rab vix image, build 808

solved I downloaded the same file twice so 1 file had the (2) added to it and it wasn't until I renamed file that it worked, noob mistake but im learning slowly lol rab

well people its SORTED thanks to a dodgy lnb ,,lol ,after tearing hair out and bothering you helpful people I connected up an old dm 800 and got the same tune failed message so after scampering up ladders and a new lnb we are cooking with north sea again thanks for awbodys patience and the advice, its members like you, that keep this forum alive, taking time and trouble to deal with punters like me, who are just starting to get into this fascinating hobby, keep up the good work thanks again rab

hi m8 thanks for your reply, , ok im using the auto bouquets from lraizer dated 20.10.13 doonloaded from Linux support forums, vix image installed, build 793, message I receive now after trying to update is timeout for tuner lock? what I mean is all the bouquets are there just no information regarding whats on? so after reading the tutorial on epg I thought I was getting somewhere, sadly I seem to have failed again ,this may be a hobby but its quickly beginning to become an obsession lol, my left hand is now suffering because of button pushing the remote control, think I need to get out more lol thanks again for looking , and look forwards to reading your reply's when I get back from the daily grind cheers again rab

ok after a reflash and following the helpful advice from McKee & inspiral and a fair bit more reading I am still unable to get this auto bouquets thing working most annoying, and missed the fitbaw last night due to being caught up with the box lol however undeterred im back at it again so any other advice gratefully received cheers for looking rab

ok read the abm tutorial however still failed? so I am gonna try another time with a reflash in case ive corrupted something by using two abm? thanks for the help and advice will let you know how I get on cheers again rab

Hi all, just bought a new vu duo from forum sponsor chuffed to bits with it however having major hassles trying to set up auto bouquets, ive installed plugin but really after 2 days of searching forums and trying all sorts of combinations im still stuck , using vix image which box come with so i know thats not an issue,, could it be somthing like a lamedb file im missing and if so any one any ideas where i go from here? can anyone tell me if autobouquets will run on dm800hd clone? ive tried it and had no joy I end up with 2 sets of 28.2 configs and cant swap them ? so im thinking yes I got it wrong again lol have reflashed the image 4 times today and ready to go back to the cross epg option which to be honest aint keeping up with box thanks for reading this post any help would be appreciated cheers rab

Hi all after updating the vu duo to the latest build i now find that the IPTV feeds that i used to enjoy are now crashing the unit? I scroll to selected channel after about 5 seconds i get the spinning vix logo which then requires a full restart as it freezes? Any ideas please thanks in advance rab

system plugins/vix(no module named tarfile) this is a message I receive when first going into plugins via men? any ideas chaps? ive had the vu duo about 4 weeks now and overall im still getting used to it lol lots of wee things to play about with however on another note is there anyway we can view mms channels ? seems to be a few however they are black when I go onto channel and nothing appears ? any help appreciated cheers guys

thanks inspiral i tried your image however this is the message i got after it eventually flashed (Flashing failed (!!! 010 INVALID IMAGE (OR OLD VERSION)), box will be unusable now!!) i have no idea what that means or how to go about gettin it up n running again lol so im back at square 1 anybody ever had that message before and is it worth trying to save it ? cheers for all your help rab

I am losing the plot with this box its stuck on dream multimedia booting in a loop? ive tried various tools to get it up n running again as in opti flasher dream up but no joy is it savable ? and can anyone post a link to a stable image from what the box displays it says sim team 84b if that's any help and looking at the insides of box its a 201 sim but as I am a complete novice at this I am really clutching at straws trying to get my head around what the problem is
