You can run a manual scan on 28.2e bud or if you have the autobouquetsmaker plugin installed run this.
Yep, with the open aaf images and now open atv you have always had to place your cccam cfg. file in var/usr/keys....
Glad your sorted buddy, I will close this thread now.

ok couple of things, what providers are you using to update on 28 & 13, one thing I would check is in the main menu for crossepg you will see a option for "providers start order" in here check which provider is set to update first, if it is 28 and then 13 try changing them round.
where are you saving the crossepg data to bud, a usb stick or internal HDD ???
Well that explains why the dish has moved from 28 to 13 when you check in the morning, when it moves to 13 it would need to lock on to a FTA channel or one that you have a card or share for, this will let crossepg tune to the feed to be able to update itself. If it's not doing this then I would imagine that's the reason that you are seeing a black screen and the box has froze.
Try what nano is suggesting buddy, then when you receive the new card try it in you oscam server, it will either work or it won't.... if it doesn't then pair it to a old Sly sd box as suggested and then put the card into your oscam server, better to have all the channels in sd than none at all...
If you have the usb stick inserted in the front usb slot you will need to press the power button when prompted for the duo2 to read from the stick and flash on the updated bootloader.
What backup image have you downloaded exactly buddy???, this will make it a lot easier to find out what the password is, any of the backups posted on here by the Linuxsat team will have the passwords stated in the post that contains the backup file.
In my own experience I have always use the default password of "vuplus" to access original Vu images or BH, ViX etc etc
What sats have you got crossepg configured to update for you bud? is it only 28.2e? or 13e also?
Hi warrencross,

:taxman:
Are you saving the edited version of your cfg files? and also are you restarting the cams afterwards?
Yep, your correct buddy, you can certainly do it that way.
The last open aaf image is posted here buddy:

They are now posted as open atv.
Hello buddy,

If you look at the forum Homepage, below the linuxsat banner you will see a tab for "Nightly Builds" click on this and links will appear to various image makers, you will find it there.
Go for RG6 as a minimum spec bud, it's not overpriced for what you get.
lol, don't mention it to her, you might get away with it for a few mins....
Only one way to find out buddy, get it up!! lol
can't see it having any effect tbh, especially if it is below where the arms comes through the dish.
Hi Banny,
I had a Samsung tv about 2 years ago started to do exactly what you describe buddy, it was the power invertor board that need to be replaced. I had it done locally by a guy I found on yell.com the part I sourced myself and got him to put it in. From memory the new board was about £30....
