  • vu duo issue with XMbc

    From memory the Duo is unable to run the full Kodi for enigma2 due to it's hardware spec.... but any of the images should be able to run Kodi direct plugin.

    You may also need to install certain dependencies for the plugin to work properly.....

    Check the connections on the rear of the duo..... do you have two feeds running to the duo from your dish?

    Don't ever flash a backup image from a different model of box onto your Duo.... Your lucky not to have bricked it! A solo2 backup will only work on a solo2, same goes for a duo backup will only work on a Duo...,

    The user & password your referring to with the netgear router you have tooth are the default one's to access the user interface within the netgear router itself bud.... what monkified has posted is correct, you will need to input in the advanced page on the netgear router admin page you username for for BT broadband. It's usually something like (yourname.user@btbroadband.com) the password can be left blank... also the connection mode needs to be changed to "always on".


    After that is done and the internet connection is established then you will need to input your DNS details and then setup port forwarding as well...

  • Zero or Solo SE v2?

    The 25% more for the solo SE v2 is well worth it if you can afford it...... always better to have that bit more spec wise as you never know how images etc are going to change in the future. Also the solo se has a plug N play tuner where the zero's tuner is fixed.....

    If it's the red 0960 sky UK card you have you are ok to put it in a official SKY HD box and pair it to check it is working correctly.....
