No remote.... you will need a wireless keyboard & mouse to get the most out of it..... or a all in one mini keyboard with trackball.

Yes kodi can be installed no problem... i had it running on it before i reinstalled windows 10.

If so create a swap file in either location.....

With openvix press the blue butto on your remote, then select ViX.... now select swap manager. Now blue button to create.... when that is done press the yellow button so that it autostarts...

I would always update bud as this usually contains updated drivers and fixes for bugs in the image etc.....

What is your budget????? if we knew that it would be a good starting point to giving you advice....

You won't get 3pm kick-offs on a Saturday on 26e..... and bein sports 11hd that has the english commentary has been moved now to 25.5e

So you could be going to a lot of expense for no reason.... if it's the 3pm footy you want have a look at premierleaguepass or the online Bein sports..... you will need to use unlocator or something similar for these to work though.

12000 is the worst port you could leave open..... every hacker about will try that one....

Is your tv capable of 1080p????

Could be that the image has been backed up with the A/V settings menu mode set to 1080p...... this would need to be changed to 720p if your tv is not capable of 1080p mode.

Or you could try it blind.... press the exit button on your remote a few times just to make sure that you are just viewing tv and not already in a sub menu...

now press menu/ok/ down arrow once/press ok/press ok again/down arrow once/now press the left arrow twice..... this will start 720p mode and hopefully you can now see the menu... now press the green button to save.

Hello again....... sorry buddy but i don't think you understand how the rules work here. You admitted previously that your using a gift, which is a payserver. This means we do not offer support whether you mention it or not....

You have learned a very hard lesson here regards payservers unfortunately..... how much support are they offering you? now that you have paid them. I bet it's none.

Ok one thing to check... is your receiver connected to the internet? because this is more than likely why your not seeing the plugins menu, if it is and you still don't have the plugins menu available then it's time to reflash the image to the latest openvix..

I have attached the openvix manual for you which will explain how to set your box up from scratch.

You can download & install a softcam directly from the feeds in the openvix image...

Press menu/plugins/ Green button download plugins / select softcams then a full list of compatible cams will appear......

Ok the "autobouquets" plugin is already installed in the image that you have on your xtrend receiver..... codar has given you a link in post #2 of how to configure it.....

You need to install a cam from the feeds in the image, press menu/plugins/ green button download plugins / then select softcams..... CCcam 2.3.0 will do you, install this by highlighting it and pressing ok on the remote (restart your box).

Job done!

As your using a "gift" which is just another name for a payserver this is where the support stops bud..... please read the forum rules for your own sake.

Reflash the image onto your solo2 bud.....with a clean install if you still can't get the tuner configuration to save then you can look at the possibillty of a hardware failure...

The tutorials in this section will help you buddy.... pick the one that best suits your setup.....
