Reading from your first post, you should always power the box down first before you remove the usb stick.... With the solo this means turning it off at mains, i've had a solo myself and never seen a reset button on the rear bud. They don't have a rocker switch for power on the rear.

You need to post more details of what the problem is.... What changes are happening when you run ABM??? How have you got it setup? Are you running it in expert mode etc...

Accidentally installed the picon for the ultimo on my duo 2 and now my vfd screen picture is massive and doesnt fit the screen .

FTP into your box to usr/share/enigma2 if there is a folder in there named "piconlcd" delete it...... restart enigma2.
Hi, i'm having problems setting up the epg on this image, i have followed tutorials but it crashes the box when i try setting it up, can someone run through the correct procedure for this image?

It may not be a test line bud but do you pay for it???? If you were using it on one receiver and have now changed it to another it's possible that it is showing on the payserver now as a double login..... So won't work.

Have you tried flashing your solo2 with the stock firmware (original VU+ Image)???

Display MoreThanks for input BUT this does not work on the VU+ Zero running BH 2.1.7. There is no internal hard drive on the zero AFAIK.
In 'system' you have to hit 'customise' to change the set up mode to 'expert'. There is no option 'recording paths' in this menu that I can see
Appears the instructions above refer to different VU+ models or other images?
Any one have any idea how to record to external storage device on the Zero? There must be other users who have figured this out?

The recording paths menu is a seperate menu in the system.

You should also have a cccamd file in your var/keys directory.....
Install the Linuxsat Support Addons panel bud.... you will be able to download both plugins you require straight to your box...

I have installed enigma2-plugin-cams-cccam_2.3.0_mips32el.ipk in a VU+ Solo 2 and it doesn't work with OBU 0.1. Any other suggestion?
