FTP to your box and navigate to usr/lib/enigma2/python/plugins/extensions if there is a ts media folder in there delete it and then do a full restart of your box...

Then install the attached ipk file....

If your complete noob to all this bud you might be better starting with a different image..... Openvix is very easy to use and navigate the menus etc when learning how to set a box up.

I have attached an openvix image for you and the the guides you will need to get up & running with it. Take your time and follow each step. When you have completed all that then we can guide you how to setup your solo2 to use your own sly card....

Try going back to ts media 10.1, 10.3 is a beta version.......

You have no local but have 25 clients???? what exactly are you sharing with them???

Check usr/local/bin to ensure that oscam has installed on the system...... if not then i would run the installation again from scratch.

Use a ftp program to edit the oscam.conf file which is located here..... usr/local/etc

I have attached the latest catseye settings in ipk format for you buddy....

To convert the rar file you would need to follow this tutorial: How to : Create IPK File On Enigma2 Based Receivers or this one: How to build IPK File (Windows & DM)

easiest way to install a channel list to your box with a ipk format is to install our addons panel available here: [DOWNLOAD] Linuxsat-Support Add-ons Panel this way all the hard work is done for you....
