If it's a sinlge LNB how is there two feeds coming from it???? are you sure it's not a dual or quad LNB??
If you have two feeds (cables) coming into the room where your duo2 is then connect one to tuner A and the other to Tuner B.... simple setup in tuner configuration will suffice for both feeds....
What version of CCcam are you using?? try using 2.3.0 to be able to watch one channel and record the other with the latest images....
What sky box is the red card paired too???? it has to be a SD receiver or the premium stuff will not clear buddy.....

When you go to store another sat keep it has LNB 1..... don't change it to lnb2. Your programming the motor and unless you have two lnb's on your dish you would then store all the sat positions under LNB 1 as the dish only has one fitted....

Yes contact wetek.... they will sort it. Their customer service is first class......
If you decide to sell your second one even after opening it to test your connection it's not going to make a difference to anyone whether the wrapper is still on it or not....... it will still be new. If you decide to sell it on here your going to have to open it anyway to take pics of it for the post......
Did you try connecting with WinSCP???
Use SFTP when your running openelec...... you should see a warning come up when you connect for the first time using WinSCP regards saving the cache key for connecting everytime after....
If they have it has never been posted here as to whether it worked or not...... it's a big gamble to take tbh, you could end up tying yourself into a HD pack agreement for no reason.

I understand fully the question you are asking in your original post..... the fact that your opening line is referring to a N line alongside the terminology of service and third party would lead me to believe that you paid for this line? if this was a line from a friend/peer there is no way you would have used those terms....
So if this is the case then the rule that I have reminded you of will apply......
Contact the seller who you bought the solo2 from regards a repair..... the solo 2 tuners are part of the board unfortunately not plug and play so you would be better to seek their advice.
If you contact them with the serial number of the box they will have a record of the sale and although out of guarantee hopefully can sort something out for you.

If your asking if you went ahead and purchased this card will it work on your Vu ultimo running CCcam???? then the answer is yes.... it will work no problem.

You need to do a channel re-scan buddy.... doubt it has anything to do with the epg downloader
Is the gigablue quad setup for 1080p etc??? you will need to go into the AV settings in the image and check it over...
What image are you using? only one HDMI input on the projector?

yep it will work fine bud..... a backup image has less files than a full image reflash.
Leave tuner B as not configured if there is no feed running to it...... tuner A set it as simple/ mode = single / sat 28.2e
