You do have another option buddy.....
email wetek about ordering a sat tuner..... when it arrives swap it with the cable tuner on the box you have ordered then sell the cable tuner on to cover the cost.... you can change the tuner on a wetek in seconds.

Yes you will get those channels back by doing a re-scan buddy......

Do a full scan of 28e...... this will solve the problem.

I just need to reinstall the cs line back on my box as it was lost during reset.No, you haven't been misunderstood at all..... you were asked to read the rules, if you have done that you will see that rule 2 clearly states that no support will given to anyone that supports payservers. Yes there are lots of card share topics on here.... but that's where you don't seem to understand that part of this hobby is about sharing, not paying some to access their server which in turn is probably leeching off someone else's card with-out their knowing. Why is your payserver, sorry "service provider" not able to offer you support???? your probably going to learn a hard lesson here.... now that they have your hard earned cash they are not going to want to know you....

The image is basically operating system that runs the box. Gives you the user interface etc...
Was it Blackhole/openvix or openpli to name a few.........

It's working fine buddy, channel 408 if your using autobouquetsmaker to line up your channels for sly uk.....

please what is cam (emulator) how can it and the the image that was prloaded from wos is Vix Image and i hv the dcc installed on my computer already
Press menu on your remote, then select plugins.... in here press the green button on your remote. Then select softcams.... cccam221 will get you up and running, select this and the cam will install.
When this has completed download the attached CCcam.cfg file and then paste your n line into it. Then transfer the CCcam file to the etc folder on your box by a ftp program or dcc. When you have done this you then need to start the cam. Press the blue button then select softcam manager.... in here highlight cccam and press the blue button to enable startup... then press the green button to start the cam. Job done!

first for the great tut.
I am having trouble loading catseye the epg is blank on the tv, i just transferred all the files in the first pane, I loaded it from pc, and just pressed transfer, it was done in a split second, was I supposed to highlight them?
i will try again, first though.

It's very doubtful that you will find an answer to your question here..... this forum is mostly for European sats. The posting of keys is not allowed on the forum as per the rules.......

thanks for your reply. i used usals and I've got the cateyes channel list. i do get signal signal but the channels dont seem to clear. on some channels it says the snr is 99% which is better that i get on uk channels for some strange reason
Pick a FTA channel like BBC hd or a news channel just to rule out that it's not clearing any channels.....

This is just my personal opinion but no I don't think it is worth the extra £50 to be honest..... the solo2 can handle anything you throw at it. If you really want a box with a lcd screen on the front and it doesn't bother you paying the extra money then go for the duo2..... you also have the option of plug and play tuners on the duo2 which you won't have with the solo2, but if you need to add a dvb C/T/T2 to the solo2 there is always the usb tuner option......
