This forum doesn't offer support to members who use payservers buddy....... a reminder of the rules:
<1> Anyone found to be running a Pay Server / PAY PORTAL of any sort whether it be through satellite or internet or any other medium will be permanently banned.
<2> If you are the supporter of a Pay Server DO NOT ask for support, your request will be ignored.
You really should read up on the concept of "cardsharing"......... rather than giving your hard earned cash to somebody who "lets you down"

If you press the ok button on your remote twice you should see the cam info...... this is using the default skin etc in BH 2.1.2
Have you got the cutomize menu set to expert????

In openwebif there should be two tv icons which you can click on, click on the one that has the blue screen.... the other by default will try to stream through port 8002.
VLC works for streaming to a pc with no problems, when you open it click on the preferences tab at the top of the screen, just check that the file types you are trying to open are selected....

Hi,
After everything I got up and running, but my movies and sports channels aren't working.
I only joined sly one month ago to share with the parents, but now that I'm reading up more I'm seeing the issues with pairing etc.
If I get a second hand old Thompson box online, and pair my card with it, will my sports and movies successfully share via oscam? Thanks again for all your help
If you only joined sly 1 month ago and they supplied you with a new HD box your going to need a very good reason to be able to pair your card to a Thompson HD box...... you may already know this but the sharing of Sly HD channels is no longer possible no matter what receiver your card is paired too. If you are able to pair your card to a old Thomson box or SD box then you can only share SD channels....

In theory yes it should work no problem........ only thing I would check is that the internet connection for your workplace has no restrictions on it for in/out data.
-
i would imagine i find the picon and change no to what is in service?
Yes that's correct buddy.....
-
I have attached picons for 28e for you.... there may be a few in this folder that won't show due to transponder changes but if you don't know how to update them then learn how to..... no better place to find that info out. There are plenty of threads on here to teach you how to rename the picon to the new service reference so that it shows again.....
-
If your talking about the new alleged red Sly cards then nothing has been posted yet to confirm whether they work in a card server or not.....
The white card being paired to an old Thomson HD box was a workaround at the start when the HD channels went of for sharing, pairing a white card to a SD receiver will allow the card to be used in a server, for now........

Both are capable of transcoding and both can be flashed with OpenVix Apollo HD.....
Solo2 you can install an internal HDD, solo se you have to use an external HDD. Solo2 has twin tuners (fixed) solo se has a single tuner but it has a plugable tuner so you can change it if you wish.
Both very good boxes.....
