yes m8, only diff is no message on box but a flashing stand bye light you press to start flashing
You don't press the stand-by button on the front of the receiver to start the flashing process on the solo se...... when you insert the usb stick in the rear of the box and power it on it will light up and pulse to show the image is being flashed, when the process is finished this changes to blinking on/off.
In menu/setup/system/Customise..... what is the setup mode set to???
What's the trouble your having buddy??? might not be the image that's causing problems........
As long as your sorted that's the important thing....

Follow the instructions in the post and it will solve the problem..... any builds below 043 will have the problem you describe unless this fix is applied. Or you could update to the latest build.......
Omnikey is a popular one buddy, good support for them too. What sort of setup do you want to use your card reader for?
Just checked the link in post#1 and it's working fine bud, takes you too his dropbox sharing folder which contains the image.......

Easiest way would be to FTP to location /usr/lib/enigma2/python/plugins/extensions/ts media delete the ts media folder and then do a full restart of the box.....
Then install the ipk file attached.
You either don't understand the rules here regarding payservers or you are just ignoring them.....
<1> Anyone found to be running a Pay Server / PAY PORTAL of any sort whether it be through satellite or internet or any other medium will be permanently banned.
<2> If you are the supporter of a Pay Server DO NOT ask for support, your request will be ignored.

Ok final post on this thread as you admit to using a payserver and our rules are quite clear here regarding this.......
Select a free to air channel, BBC1 or 2 for example. If there is no glitching etc then you know it is not a hardware problem with the box..... it's a problem with the payserver that you are connected to that is causing the problems you describe.

Follow the tutorial attached which was written by phoenix a member of the ViX team on how to set it up.......
Are you sure it's the box that is freezing??? or is it the payserver you are connected too?????
8 bit would be best for the Vu Duo bud......
