The "gift" is a line installed inside the box that connects to a pay server.....

I have never used openpli4 buddy but in the menu/settings was there no sub menu for fan control???? in here you can change the rpm of the internal fan to lower the temperature of the box....
You could try emailing Vu directly with the serial number of the solo2 just to confirm with them whether or not it is genuine....
At least you would know one way or another.

Ok first question.... where did you get the n line from???
second question..... am I correct in thinking the you want to make another n line from the one you have now???
if this is the case does the person who gave you it know that this is what you want to do????
If the solo2 is only 4 months old then return it to the seller, it is still under warranty....
If your in Spain no adaptor's will be required buddy, the Vu range come with a euro spec plug on them, whether it be from the box itself or the power pack.... it's only when they are in the Uk the supplier will throw in a 3 pin adaptor......

Just unlucky I hope bud, but a couple of things I have noticed with the latest version of ViX (Apollo) regards plugins.... when you update the image version whether it be a full re-flash or using the online update and then install the settings backup which includes plugins the version of ts media installed (full 7.5) in my case rolls back to version 7.2 and also overwrites the proxy links file with the default one....
Also the Linuxsat support plugin is removed completely.....
In Dcc when you click on the ftp tab you will have two panes in front of you... on the right hand side at the top below the exit tab is a small arrow which opens a drop down menu. Select your desktop from here.... when you have done that select the crash log file from the left hand side pane, when you have highlighted the file click on the arrow facing to the right in the middle of the screen. This will copy the file from your solo2 to your pc desktop.
Hello buddy, what do you mean that you have the cam set on softcam & ts panel???? you only use ts panel to download cams etc and install them directly to your box.... it does not run the cam itself. If you have been installing different versions of cccam to your box then the cccam config file will be over-written each time you install a new cam...
So what I would do is have one version of cccam installed on your ibox3, then copy over your cccam config file with your c line pasted in to it, then start the cam. See what happens from there....
With that expiry date I wouldn't be too worried just yet buddy.... give it another week at least to see if the emm comes through....
Yes just paste it in below the n line bud, put a # in front of the n line so that cccam can't read it or delete it if your not using it....
You add the attachment to the "etc" folder in your box using a ftp program..... post#5 explains how to do it buddy.
Ok what image and cams are you using??? do you use your own card or a share??? has this problem only occurred since you changed anything??? the more info we get the better buddy...
