is openwebif in your list of plugins??? if so you need to set a http port to be able to access this information.... if you open openwebif from the plugins list you can change the HTTP port to 08888 for example.
You would then access the webif from your browser using http://theipofyourduo2:8888

Your last post is a bit confusing... your showing tuner A setup for 13e Hotbird and then tuner B nothing.... and then tuner A again setup for I assume 28e astra?
I take it you have tuner A setup for hotird & tuner B setup for 28e astra..... so the way PIP will work with that tuner setup is for example, you can watch one channel on hotbird on full screen and then have the pip showing a 28e astra channel or vice versa...
if you are trying to watch two channels from the same sat it will not work with the way your setup is.... you would need either a motorised setup or a fixed dish with multiple lnb's ...

If you intialiized it through the image to begin with, it would have been menu/setup/system/hard drive and then inialisation
Re-mount the drive using mount manager...... it will re-start the box for changes to take effect.
Also check menu/setup/system/customise is setup mode set to expert? if not try changing it to that.
When you first installed the HDD did you initialize it first through the image??? I take it you mounted it using mount manager? press blue button twice on your remote.....
It's only the older versions of ViX that are no longer supported (3.0/zeus/helios) the current Apollo will be updated & supported while it is in use....

A ViX backup will only be compatible with ViX buddy... and yes your correct. Your backup from ViX 3.0 was not compatible with the new Helios at the time. If you change image completely then you will be setting up from scratch basically....
With ViX, press the blue button, then choose ViX... then Backup manager.... then will do a complete backup of all your settings etc... when you flash a new version of the VIX image it will ask if you want to restore this settings backup when you restart the box.
But good practice would be to choose "image manager" first and make a full image backup before you do anything, that way you can always revert back to where you started.
Well enjoy working hand in hand with him the next time you have a problem...... and as for the problems with these type of forums, you won't have to put up with the problems here anymore as you are now banned for being a pay portal supporter and not being able to follow the rules....

I'm only looking for a bit of knowledge on why the mag won't show the same portal as the other one does. If I've overlooked the rules, I apologise. But please refrain from asking me to name my iptv provider then tell me I'm breaking the rules!
Are you serious???? The rules are there for the benefit & protection of everyone using this forum.... "If I overlooked the rules" which means you never even bothered to read them! If I think there is a breach of the rules (which there is in this case) then I am quite entitled to ask questions, if you had read the rules you would have seen that we don't offer support to people who use payservers / payportals

When you restarted the duo is version 7.3 still installed???
Can you edit the oscam.conf file and change the default user & password? when done ftp the file back over to the box then do a restart.... oscam is working if it's asking you for the username & password to view the webif
